This hotel is exclusively for guests over 18 years of age.
The Hotel does not accept groups or stag/hen nights during the season, more than 2 bookings will also not be accepted.
The hotel restaurant requires the smart casual clothes. For gentlemen, bermudas are permitted. The Half Board are breakfast and dinner buffet (drinks are not included).
Pool towels, available at reception with a deposit of €20 per unit, which will be refunded after presentation of the towel at check-out. The non-return of the towels will imply payment of the same.
The credit card provided at the time of booking will be requested upon check-in. Please note that the credit card name must match the person who checked in. Third-party credit cards will not be accepted.
The hotel is currently under renovation.When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The pool and gardens are beautiful and there were plenty of pool lounges and also quiet areas to enjoy. The breakfast is excellent.
We enjoyed the fact it was in a quiet area away from the noise of Albuferia Old Town,
The check-in took ages as the staff all seemed new and didn't know much about the area when asked for advice.
There was only one lift working and it was pretty small so we did have to wait awhile at to use it.

Após um noite no hotel e já depois de ter efetuado o check out , apercebemo-nos que tinhas deixado no quarto onde tínhamos ficado ( pois dava a localização nesse espaço ) do nosso SmartWatch da marca Apple.
Entramos imediatamente em contacto com o hotel, que nos informou que nos ligaria de volta.
Como não entrou em contacto connosco, liguei novamente para o hotel que disse não ter encontrado nada..
Tenho os prints da localização do equipamento , da data e horário ( posterior ao check out ).
Resultado...um prejuízo de 400 euros ( sem responsabilidades assumindas por parte do hotel )

Lo único que no está próximo a la playa
Ein traumhaft gestalteter Garten mit wunderbaren Möglichkeiten zum Erholen und die Ruhe genießen. Tischtennis, Billard, Fitnessraum, ein riesiger Pool zum schwimmen, sowohl draußen, als auch drinnen, alles ist mit Liebe und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, sehr leckeres Essen, die Gäste waren überwiegend älter, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service überall, wir kommen wieder
Abends war das Essen immer ähnlich und eher auf Engländer ausgerichtet, da hätten wir uns ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung gewünscht, das ist aber wirklich Jammern auf sehr hohen Niveau 😉
Gostei da localização e da tranquilidade ambiente.
