Important information:

This hotel is exclusively for guests over 18 years of age.

The Hotel does not accept groups or stag/hen nights during the season, more than 2 bookings will also not be accepted.

The hotel restaurant requires the smart casual clothes. For gentlemen, bermudas are permitted. The Half Board are breakfast and dinner buffet (drinks are not included).
Pool towels, available at reception with a deposit of €20 per unit, which will be refunded after presentation of the towel at check-out. The non-return of the towels will imply payment of the same.

The credit card provided at the time of booking will be requested upon check-in. Please note that the credit card name must match the person who checked in. Third-party credit cards will not be accepted.

The hotel is currently under renovation.When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Ideal para descansar
Pros:

Todos os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos.
Pequeno-almoço e jantar bastante variados.
As áreas do hotel são muito bem cuidadas, a piscina exterior e o ginásio são ótimos.
O ambiente é tranquilo e silencioso, ideal para descansar.

Cons:

O wi-fi do hotel pode ser melhorado, falhava por diversas vezes.
Os horários do shuttle para a praia são pouco frequentes (10h, 12h, 16h). Sugeria que fosse adicionado um horário mais tarde, às 18h, por exemplo, para que se consiga aproveitar melhor a praia.

Amazing hotel, fabulous stay
Pros:

Great facilities, adult only so quiet and peaceful. Fabulous staff and service.

Cons:

I can’t recommend this hotel more. The facilities are amazing with generous opening hours and incredible staff. I had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

Overpriced for sure, we expected better for the price.
Pros:

Bel hôtel joliment décoré.
Pros:

Le calme de l'hôtel et surtout l'environnement et la décoration. Très belle végétation. Le restaurant buffet était top. Très bon. La navette pour la plage le matin. La suite junior.

Cons:

Le matelas trop mou. La navette de retour de plage trop tôt 16h. Le pic nic qui n'a pas été pris en compte pour 10h le matin alors qu'il a été commandé 36h avant.

Surpresa negativa

Já conhecíamos o hotel. A localização, o silêncio, tamanho do quarto e os jardins continuam bons.

Cons:

Antes de mais, quem não conheceu o hotel até o ano passado, poderá ter uma outra opinião pois é só mais um hotel. Já não o considero 4 estrelas, mas sim um 3. Eu e minha filha ficamos de 11 a 16, e meu marido chegou no dia 14/08. Escolhemos regressar, pois anteriormente nos sentíamos acolhidos, com funcionários maravilhosos e refeições variadas e saborosas, tanto pequeno-almoço como jantar. E dessa vez, assim que chegamos já sentimos um ambiente diferente, apesar do Hall de entrada continuar exatamente o mesmo. O tratamento educado, porém frio na recepção, já achamos estranho. Perguntei sobre vários funcionários que conheci, e fiquei chocada ao saber que quase todos pediram demissão. Sendo que somente ficaram uns 2 ou 3. A vontade de ir embora foi imediata, pois o ambiente caloroso e humano já não existia, e o que fazia toda a diferença, eram os excelentes profissionais. Soube que houve alterações por parte dos proprietários, que decidiram algumas alterações, sendo que os funcionários e o diretor não concordaram e pediram para sair.
Alterações que percebi, para além do ambiente negativo: Restaurante - a diminuição gritante na variedade de pratos, tanto ao pequeno-almoço como ao jantar, para além de ser tudo muito básico. Havia ao pequeno-almoço xícaras grandes, mas das pequenas para o café expresso, nunca. Mas a falta de profissionalismo dos funcionários é chocante. Logo no primeiro jantar, um deles bufou (foi sentido por ela na nuca) e quando ela olhou para trás ele revirou os olhos, pelo fato de quando ele chegou para repor os copos ela estar apenas a retirar um sumo. Somente as funcionárias da limpeza do nosso piso, nos cumprimentavam quando passávamos, os outros, nem nos olhavam na cara, nós sempre que tivemos a iniciativa de cumprimentar. Percebemos que 95% deles estavam a trabalhar pela primeira vez, pois vários não conseguiam falar português. Não foi um problema para nós, mas sendo um hotel em solo português, é o mínimo que se espera.

Pros:

Las instalaciones, el gym, los jardines, las piscinas. La tranquilidad y la habitación muy cómoda.
