This hotel is exclusively for guests over 18 years of age.
The Hotel does not accept groups or stag/hen nights during the season, more than 2 bookings will also not be accepted.
The hotel restaurant requires the smart casual clothes. For gentlemen, bermudas are permitted. The Half Board are breakfast and dinner buffet (drinks are not included).
Pool towels, available at reception with a deposit of €10 per unit, which will be refunded after presentation of the towel at check-out. The non-return of the towels will imply payment of the same.
The credit card provided at the time of booking will be requested upon check-in. Please note that the credit card name must match the person who checked in. Third-party credit cards will not be accepted.

L’hôtel est magnifique, les infrastructures sont au top et les chambres sont très confortables.
L’accueil au restaurant le soir n’est pas agréable. La personne à l’accueil ne nous explique rien, on a pas le prix du buffet et elle n’est pas agréable.
Nous sommes partis dîner à l’extérieur car il y a plein de restaurants à proximité, beaucoup moins chers et avec un super accueil.
Le prix des boissons au bar est également excessif. On paye les cocktails au moins 2 fois plus cher qu’à l’extérieur.

Pela estrutura do hotel , não tem sauna , hidromassagem, jacuzzi . O spa é somente uma piscina interna com água fria . Isso nos deixou bem desanimados . Não há nada aquecido para relaxar . Pelo valor pago e estrutura do hotel , esperávamos um spa melhor .

Tudo, a começar pela simpatia de todos os funcionários (especial menção ao Sr.Amine), passando pela tranquilidade proporcionada pelo espaço, com uma ligação intrínseca à Natureza. Pequeno almoço e jantar com muita qualidade e diversidade.

Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Pequeno almoço bom mas o jantar deixa algo a desejar, não tem muita variedade e por ser em estilo buffet a comida acaba por secar e poderiam ter mais cuidado. Espaço da piscina exterior bastante grande e agradável no entanto a água da piscina estava demasiado fria. Spa agradável mas contávamos com a água aquecida e estava fria. Ótima localização e quarto bastante agradável
Beautiful place, lovely staff, the indoor pool was great and the new gym was good too. The breakfast was superb (apart from the coffee machines!). The live music on Tuesday and Thursday was very good too.
All three breakfast coffee machines made terrible coffee. I tried them all and the coffee was very poor but you can get great coffee very cheap across the road.
We only had dinner once there because the cost was crazy. But there are lots of good restaurants outside at half the price. I do not understand why the buffet dinner is so mis-priced but the food was very good and everything else was great.
Piscine extérieure devrait etre chauffé
Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. The kind of staff that goes above and beyond, remembers your favourite drink and checks in to see how your stay is going etc. (the drinks are delicious and fairly priced by the way).
We had a Juinor Suite which was spacious and had beautiful views of both the pool, the garden and the sunset (room 307). Beds are comfortable and shower pressure great.
The breakfast is the same every day but the variety and quality is good so we didn't mind. The freshly squeezed juice and sparkling wine was a nice treat.
The only real downside for us was the entertainment which was a bit boring. But in all fairness this is probably because the average age of the guests seemed to be around 55. However, for us being one of the younger couples at this hotel (in our 30s) it could have been nice with some quizzes or even bingo. Or just something that could get us up the chair a little. We used the pool table and other games provided at the hotel instead.
Another small thing to consider is the location. You can use the shuttle bus or a (£6) uber ride to the beach or into town. It didn't bother us as we were mostly there to relax, but if you want to be just by the beach or in the hustle and bustle then this is probably not the place to be.
With that said, our stay at Falesia exceeded our expectations, was well worth the money and we would definitely commend it!
Le personnel est vraiment au top, ils font tout pour que votre séjour soit des plus agréables. Les chambres sont hyper bien nettoyées, bravo aux femmes de ménage. Les repas sont variés et de qualité.

Hoteleigener Shuttleservice zum 5 Fahrminuten entferntern Strand fährt mehrmals täglich hin und zurück.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit aller Hotelmitarbeiter, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen.
Luxe, comfort, ontbijt de service, alles was boven verwachting, al het personeel was ook ontzettend vriendelijk!
De ligging van het hotel, dat is het enige minpuntje dat wij hebben ervaren
