Great value overall.
Pros:

Location is about 5min walk from the ferry drop off. Only about 10-15min walk to the main parts of Venice. Staff are excellent, especially the main breakfast attendant who is very kind and attentive.

Peaceful, clean, super friendly well located hotel
Pros:

This is a super friendly hotel a couple of streets away from the madding crowds, therefore in a great location. A sense of peace and quiet and yet only 5 mins walk to the hustle & bustle.
Spotlessly clean , very helpful staff and unique interior design.
We had just 24 hrs in Venice and walked everywhere and also took a sunset boat tour from outside the door (arranged by reception €45 per person) which ticked all the boxes and gave us views of things we’d seen on foot from the water and even included a glimpse of dolphins!
