Accoglienza del personale alla reception che da subito ci ha dato informazioni pratiche utili sulla città, ambiente, camera, comodità del letto dieci e lode!

Cons:

Se devo trovare una pecca, aria condizionata troppo forte negli ambienti comuni e per quanto tiguarda la colazione, sebbene molto ricca, avrei gradito avere delle opzioni di dolci, torte e brioche senza lattosio.

La ubicación y el personal. La habitación sin vistas también estuvo muy bien. Había un problema con la ducha, porque se salía el agua y nos dijeron que había que poner 3 toallas que actuaban como diques.

Cons:

Podíem haber solucionado el tema de la ducha antes de nuestra llegada.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war rundum gelungen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, und besonders gefallen hat mir der wunderschöne Garten – eine kleine Oase der Ruhe. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

LOVED this hotel!!
Pros:

We loved this hotel!! The room was HUGE and overlooking the water! The staff was so kind and helpful. They booked us restaurant reservations (which were FABULOUS!!!!) This was the cleanest hotel and it was so well kept and stocked! Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were warm, friendly and incredibly welcoming.
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the centre and main sights, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and tranquillity. Sitting by the canal with a drink as the sun set was a real highlight.

Pros:

Great location and very nice staff. They have a really great bar. Some of the ground floor rooms have a construction view, complete with workers 2 feet from your window and a lot of banging noises starting early. I don’t even think they should sell those rooms.
Terrible shower. The shower curtain in the bathtub sticks to your body.

Pros:

I adore this hotel. This was our second time staying here. We also stayed here in June 2022. I am pleased to report that it is still my most favourite hotel in the world. It is world-class. The service is fantastic, the staff are so professional and friendly. The rooms are excellent, large, opulently decorated and very classy. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was large, light and lots of room to put my toiletries and makeup. Some rooms have baths, some showers. I had a bath/shower this time. Spotlessly clean. Excellent. The location is perfect, in my favourite area of Venice. Cross the bridge outside the hotel to the next canal down and you’re on a long “street” full of indie bars and restaurants. I love it so much. I never go anywhere twice, so this means it’s special! The breakfast is also very nice, with plenty of choice. It can be a little expensive to stay in Venice in general, but this hotel is worth the cost. I will be back for a third visit at some point!
