Bierność personelu na problem z dostaniem się- do zaproponowanego przez obiekt parkingu. Zamknięte drzwi od wejścia na parking- szukanie ochrony parkingu na własną rękę w celu dostania się do parkingu podziemnego.

Brudno w pokoju ,w łazience grzyb i resztki jedzenia w brodziku.Lózka piętrowe to masakra.Zimno w pokoju. Nie skorzystaliśmy z kąpieli bo brodzik był brudny a zamiast spać patrzyliśmy czy dziecko nie spadnie z górnego łóżka na podłogę . To nie hotel 3 gwiazdkowy lecz raczej hostel .Nie polecam

Świetny hotel! Czysto i przyjemnie. Do tego super lokalizacja. Polecam!

Przede wszystkim bardzo czysto! Nie można się do niczego przyczepić pod tym względem. Łazienka funkcjonalna, wyposażona, dobrze oświetlona, łóżka wygodne, miła obsługa i woda pitna, którą można sobie w dowolnej chwili pobierać. Do tego bardzo blisko przystanku tramwajowego i autobusowego, chociaż w pokoju nie słychać żadnych hałasów z zewnątrz. Sklep i piekarnia pod hotelem. Całkiem niedaleko do centrum. To naprawdę świetny hotel na kilka dni w stolicy.

Cons:

Wszystko super, jedynie woda pitna do pobrania była tylko przy wejściu głównym. Późnym wieczorem, kiedy człowiek już przygotowany do spania, ciężko tam podejść. W innym hotelu w Warszawie spotkałam się z tym, że takie dozowniki były na każdym piętrze :)

Lovely experience!
Pros:

The hotel is modern and comfortable. It has an on-site restaurant with additional amenities. It is cleaned regularly. The location is very good and is connected to the city center by public transport.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel during very low temperatures, and the room wasn’t particularly warm; however, after visiting the reception desk, we were given an additional heater.

Pros:

Nowoczesny wygodny pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżka, duży prysznic suszarka płyn do kąpieli, ręczniki, dobra lokalizacja:
przystanek tramwajowy (do Centrum lub po drugiej stronie do Wilanowa), w pobliżu markety oraz sklepy prywatne, apteka, ryneczek z warzywami, stacja Orlen etc ...

Cons:

Drzwi od łazienki nie dało się od środka zamknąć, zepsuty zamek, wymiana czajnika, nie wyłączał się
Mało programów telewizyjnych, brak możliwości odbierania programów internetowych
w telewizorze

El desayuno es aceptable.

Cons:

Hotel atendido por adolescentes. Mal educados algunos de ellos. Solicité una habitación para 4 personas, pero solo había una cama. Proporcionaron un sofá cama, pero no nos dieron cobijas extras (había temperaturas bajo cero en Varsovia). Al solicitarlas, la chica del mesón fue muy mal educada y no nos las dio. Solicité el check out antes de lo planeado. No lo recomiendo.
