Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff, with reception board open 24 hours and always available to help with sudden issues.

Cons:

Bed was very large but the mattress hard like a gravestone, and I've never considered myself a fan of soft ones. Please add some soft topper on top of it - I've been waking up with hips' and back pains every morning because of the above.
I'd also suggest choosing different trash bins in the rooms, the one I had did have such a strong spring mechanism built into its lid, I had to hold it back with one hand (super unhygienic) to throw anything inside, so it wouldn't catch the fingers of the other or just throw the trash back out immediately.
Also the traces of corrosion on the shower fixtures were anything but pleasant looking.
The hotel is located closely opposite another, 1-star facility providing hospitality to various mixture of guest types. More the once I had to intervene at night at the reception to try to silence the guests of the neighbouring hotel when they were drinking or playing football after 22:00 in the courtyard between the buildings. It's not really the fault of the hotel I stayed at, but it's sometimes hard to get uninterrupted sleep there...

Sprawny i miły personel. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanku tramwajowego. Klimatyzacja w pokoju. Ładny widok z wyższych pięter.

Cons:

Pokój wymagał remontu. Widoczne uszkodzenia na ścianach i drzwiach do łazienki. Niewiele gniazdek w pokoju. W okolicy łóżka żadnego. Wi-fi szybkie chociaż często przerywało połączenie.
