The staff was extremely friendly and always asked about our comfort. Everyone we met was very helpful. The day we arrived, the street parking lot was full (even though the signs clearly say the lot is for hotel patrons only) and I was disappointed when the front desk clerk said they don’t monitor that. She did inform us of another parking area around back which was empty. It might be helpful to let patrons know that in advance. Otherwise, amazing hotel!

Location, location, location. This hotel is close to everything Port Washington has to offer. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Great location and overall clean and well maintained property. It was a bit noisy being on the 1st floor on the street side of the property but overall we enjoyed our stay and being conveniently located to the shops and restaurants nearby.

Great family get away!
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel. Was close to all restaurants, shopping and a quick walk to the lake. Was clean food in the attached restaurant was great, customer service was wonderful. If I had to complain my only issue would be the rooms by the road are loud. So make sure to ask for a water view.

We can’t wait to come back!
