Brilliant hotel and I would recommend it !
Pros:

Great location with private onsite parking, cleanliness, nice views from the 7th floor room, 5 minutes away from the DLR station, and great professional friendly staffs! And nice breakfast too

Cons:

The down side is that onsite parking had no EV chargers at all.

Lokalita za hotelem je poměrně špinavá a dokáže vás nemile překvapit. Když však budete chodit správným směrem, narazíte na příjemnější a uklizenější část. Na snídaně bylo málo zeleniny.

Breakfast was a bit poor. It's not worth the price! Room 137 was a nightmare! Not only is there no elevator access, but you have to go to the second floor, walk through the entire building, and then down to the first floor to this hidden room. Of course, the same thing happens on the other side. First, we took the side stairs from the first to the second floor, walked through the entire building, and only then took the stairs or elevator to the ground floor. We were woken up at 6 a.m. because there was a delivery. The workers under the windows were extremely loud, and instead of carrying boxes, they were scraping them on the sidewalk! We should have been compensated for the room without elevator access and the employees yelling from the morning. The worst Holiday Inn we've ever stayed at in the UK!
