Cons:

Staff member on reception seemed very inexperienced, long wait to check in. Other staff member just ignored her and left sheets with guest details on display on the counter. On check out both reception staff were listening to a guest complaint and I was ignored. Breakfast was chaotic, more space needed for buffet.

Čistota, úklid, okolní prostředí ok. Kousek na zastávku autobusu a na vlakovou stanici, dvě zastávky vlakem od Toweru. 15 minut autobusem na Liverpool street station. Pokud přilétáte/odlétáte ze Stanstedu, ideální lokalita.

Cons:

Snídaně, úzká postel v třílůžkovém pokoji. Co by se mohlo zlepšit, jsou snídaně. Téměř žádná zelenina, ovoce, malý výběr všeho jídla, nestíhali doplňovat, nestíhali uklízet po odešlých hostech, nebylo si kam sednout. Zkrátka snídaně tedy stály za prd. Měli jsme dvoulůžkový pokoj s manželskou postelí a třílůžkový pokoj s manželskou postelí a přistýlkou. Ta manželská postel v třílůžkovém pokoji byla velice malá, pro dva lidi tak tak. Byla skoro stejně široká jako přistýlka. Spali tam naštěstí jen děti, ale dva dospělí by měli problém.

Würde dort nicht wieder buchen.

Es war sauber.

Cons:

Mahlzeiten im Hotel waren sehr teuer für Mini-Portionen, dazu kam dass die Hälte der Speisen auf der Karte nicht vorrätig war.
Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, durch Gespräche der anderen Gäste auf dem Gang könnten wir nicht schlafen.
Beim Frühstück war alles überfüllt, kein Tisch frei.

Le stanze sono ben fatte e il letto è comodo.

Cons:

E' scattato l'allarme anticendio e nessun dello staff ha comunicato cosa sia successo. Ci siamo svegliati tutti nel caos. In questi casi lo Staff deve comunicare tempestivamente con i clienti e assicurare che è tutto sotto controllo.
