The view was lovely and convenient for the location

Cons:

Everything was pretty good. Only issue was housekeeping. We requested for a stay over request for room to be clean at 8:12am and was told housekeeping comes in at 9am and start servicing rooms at 10am. Okay, that’s fine. We left the room at 10:30am to be out of housekeeping way thinking the room will be clean soon since we were a stay over. We get back at 1:32pm and still no service has been done. I called guest services and she assured room will be clean. Keep in mind we have no clean towels or wash clothes and had a crab island event at 4:30pm and had to be there 30 minutes prior. My boyfriend ask the housekeeper will they be servicing our room and she said yes because she was in the room right before ours. 15 min later she is in the other room to the right of us and done skipped over our rooms and was in there two hours doing nothing but talking and laughing on her phone. I go to front desk and inform them and she provided clean bedding and wash cloths and towels. I told her I will out the old wash clothes and towels and trash and bedding outside the door cause at this point as a guest we were not a priority and our day was inconvenienced due to housekeeping not doing there job even with us being understanding but nothing was done about it.

If you want an authentic beach feel with a bit of historic nostalgia and an awesome Destin Harbor view this is the place

Amazing view, great location, but not as dog friendly as expected.

Cons:

The smell , the walls are thin, there was only 1 ice machine in building and it was directly across from our room. The designated dog area is a 5x5 square of grass and sand next to a crazy busy road. There was no where to walk dogs only hot sidewalks next to 98, which is a very busy road. Ended up having to board the dogs while there due to noise around us causing them to bark non stop. The rooms all need updating and deep cleaning. The pool is old and small with chips in concrete However, the grab and go breakfast was perfect for us.

Lovely, small hotel with excellent views of the harbor, nice staff, and a good included breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent location and views of the harbor. It is also near shopping and restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast and convenience store. Free parking and pet friendly. Great view of the nearby fireworks show from the patio. Hotel has a decent pool with a large double-decker patio with 2 outdoor swings overlooking the harbor and a shuffle board game in the sand for fun.

Cons:

Smaller TV and bathroom. The outlets near the beds didn’t work well. The patio was dirty from a prior coffee or coke spill.

Mooie locatie op loopafstand naar harbour village.

Ontbijt was prima met mooi zicht. Locatie perfect!

Cons:

Ik dacht dat ik kamer met balkon had geboekt en bleek niet zo te zijn. Ik vroeg of het mogelijk was om te veranderen maar ze waren bij de receptie niet echt flexibel. Het kon voor 1 nacht beschikking maar moest dan minimaal 2 nachten boeken. We hadden een boeking van 2 nachten dus wat mij betreft had dit prima moeten kunnen. Verder was het heel leuk.
