The location is great within walking to harbor walk village for the many activities and boat tours but please upgrade th

Great location near harbor village. Beautiful view of the ocean if you choose Harbor View.

Cons:

The building is old and in need of overdue repairs. Elevator, carpet need changing and water stain on ceiling. Carpet in hallways are dirty. The building and entrance need to be pressure washed and fresh coat of paint.

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

The property is in a great location to everything! They provide a golf cart service, like Uber which was amazing!!! There is also a small little beach area for your fur babies! Last but not least, the staff was amazing and super friendly.

Cons:

Nothing major, wish the bar had more drink selection besides canned or draft beer.

All in all it was a really nice place to stay.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the price was great!

Cons:

There were a couple of employees at check-in who were very unfriendly.

We went for a two day family vacation for some fishing and fun in the sun. We always take our boat.

Overpriced for Saw-Like place.
Pros:

Was in a good location overall! Rooms were clean inside.

Cons:

Very very outdated and rundown upon the inside. Staff was nowhere to be found upon checking in, but were nice.
Balcony had blood on the floor. Bed were very uncomfortable. Hallways were scary looking.
Wifi did not work.

Overall enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again.
Pros:

Location and friendly staff

Cons:

Hallways and elevator very dirty and same trash on floor the whole five nights we stayed. One night they were a dog barking in room on third floor for hours and several guests were complaining. Staff didn’t seem very concerned. Don’t think dogs should be allowed to get in the pool.

Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. The grab and go breakfast.

Cons:

That there aren't much channels to watch. There is not much lighting in the room. There needs to be a table on the balcony.

Great location, but not worth the price.
Pros:

Beautiful location and original design.

Cons:

Maintenance and housekeeping. This hotel is in serious need of refurbishing. I understand the challenges of running a beach hotel, but the ceilings are peeling, TVs broken, light switches that don't work, doors decaying, etc.

great location near the boardwalk and for booking the sandbank Tiki boats lol

we have stayed here a few times and they are modernising. not quite there yet on the rooms but reception and pool area are already there

lovely welcome when we come in the door and the location near enough to walk to the Harbour but far enough away for a tranquil stay
