I love the location of the Harbour view right by the boardwalk very nice location
Our room had bugs. I have pictures I can add and the roof was leaking in the hallway very bad.!!!
Harbour side view was amazing... comfortable bed ..... clean room
Lift and stairwell could do with an update..... breakfast overall needs addressing
Location to harbor and restaurants. Cleanliness. Beds were soft. Parking was decent.

It was a little outdated and ceiling was peeling. There was a leak in our bedroom. Not sure where from. Some of the power outlets didn’t seem to work. But it wasn’t too bad.
Clean close to great restaurants and activities where you can walk to them and not use your car. Friendly helpful staff.

Very Disappointing Experience
I arrived at the hotel at the scheduled check-in time, but my room was still not clean or ready. I had to wait about an hour before I could get into my room, and because of this delay, I ended up missing an appointment I had scheduled.
When a hotel gives you a check-in time, you expect the room to be ready, especially when you have plans and appointments. This was extremely frustrating and completely disrupted my schedule.
Very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of service I expected.
I like that I was able to walk to Habor Boardwalk and walk around we was able to try different food everything besides the beach was because it was like 15 min away. So, for me having the hotel right in the center of everything for me.
I didn't like that when we got there the hallway leading to the first room, they assigned us the floor was soaking wet, so it tracks into our room. everything in the room was ok the sliding door to the balcony was good, so I let them know what was going on, so they move us from the 5th floor to the 4th floor. Gets to the second room everything was ok, but sliding door didn't open and close easily. The bed had a ball of hair that was in bed under the covers that really freak me out.

La habitación estaba vieja con olor a húmedo ruidosa al estar en el primer piso , solicité cancelación y no tuve resultados por parte del hotel tuve que quedarme mi estancia prácticamente obligado no quisieron cancelar
