Amazing 4 star not 5 star
Pros:

The food was really lovely based on theme nights and different dishes every day, all day and in plenty. There were some kid friendly dishes as well that my picky eater was able to enjoy.

The night entertainment from the kids disco to the adults entertainment was quite engaging and amazing. My kids loved it and so did we.

My family enjoyed tennis and the mini golf but you had to book the tennis in advance.

Cons:

Don't come expecting an outstanding 5 star as this is an amazing 4 star, but good value for money.
The pool and the pool area(shared pool) were a bit dirty at times with some plastics in the pool. We couldn't access any allocated beach chairs for the hotel, and some people had to pay for the chairs.

The hotel had no beach bar and you had to buy drinks while at the beach when it was really hot.

The day entertainment wasn't as vibrant or existent.... We had to think of things to do or adventure out otherwise it would be boring to stay in.

Quarto espaçoso, ventilado, com uma varanda excelente. A vista é maravilhosa.
Refeições variadas e saborosas para atender diferentes gostos.
Ter a opção de piscinas separadas para adultos e crianças é muito bom.

Uma estadia aprazível.
Pros:

O quarto era excelente e a localização do resort fantástica, a apenas uns minutos a pé da praia.

Cons:

Do facto da piscina interior estar apinhada, o que não é saudável nem expectável num resort deste nível. Também não gostei da restrição de assesso aos restaurantes não buffet pelo facto de estarmos apenas um fim de semana. No entanto, o restaurante buffet satisfez as minhas necessidades e o pequeno-almoço era bastante bom e variado. O staff muito simpático e disponível.

The entertainment for kids was lovely, alongside wellness activities for adults. Wide selectionof food, throughout the day.

Cons:

Unfortunately this hotel is nowhere near a 5 star. At best a 4 star. Bathroom shower screen not deep cleaned properly. Thick amount of dust on the TV, telephone and skirtingboard. Bedlinen not changed and bedsheets not made properly. Bathroom fixtures extremely dated, tiles grouting looks yellow. Attention details is missing. No shampoo, conditioner, slippers, dressing robes, iron, water bottles etc in the rooms. These are considered the bare minimum to have in a 5 star room. Surprised there was no birthday welcoming with a bottle of sparkling wine or a box of chocolates.

All swimming pools are freezing cold. Adults pool is cold, the main round pool nobody really uses due to the temperature. The inside basement pool nothing really works correctly. Jets don't work for jacuzzi, steam room is cold.

No life gaurds on duty, so you have to always be in the pool with your little ones for supervising.

Walls are extremely paper thin, so you hear everything from your next door neighbour.

Rooms feels very crowded. It would of been nice to have the toilet in an isolated area, so other member of the family could use the bathroom. Or at least a glass division for privacy.

Todo bien. Perfecto para desconectar.

Cons:

Había una gran mancha en el suelo de la piscina en la que te quedabas pegado al pasar y estuvo los tres días ahí.
No pasaban asiduamente a recoger los platos de la mesa. No cabías porque eran muy pequeñas y no recogían.
