Pestana Blue Alvor Beach - All Inclusive Hotel

o hotel com muita espera nos elevadores, comida sempre a mesma, piscina interior lotada, a envolvência da praia está mal cuidada e com mau aspeto para uma praia tão linda. Quartos pequenos.

When we arrived late in the evening our booking was not found but after lobby staff talk to manager we got a room. It was strange that the hotelstaff stopped to answer messeges. The room we got was ok but the bathroom was small and out of date and cleaning of the bathroom was terrible, Spiderwebs and dirt with moisture damage in front af the shower stall. Cleanliness was not good, dirt all around the hotel like on mirrors and tables, like in the elevators and all tables all day long where full of glasses and dishes. Glasses for drinks at Coral bar where very dirty. The toliets at the public spaces like in the first and second floor has strong musty smell from piss that perameated the areas near. Restaurant choice was not normal as it might be in the year 2026. We, two adults and no children,but we like pizzas, chicken bites like nuggets and theme nights like mexican, burgers with 100% beef meet, asian choises and so on. Main meet was the same all over, thin cuttled Pork and chicken with choice of possible HP sauce and no spice. No BBQ our BBQ sauce. All most every food tasteless, cooked without spices. Tomato pasta sauce was with taste of water. No grill around to make some sandwitches. The food included was the must disapointing thing at all our stay. We don´t like complaining but we can not hold words in this situation. I think that the hotel is in large trouble. We give a comment in the middle of the stay and we see the day after they where tryin to change things like pick up the used dishes and glasses from the tables all around. But it started all over again days later. I have inform the hotel before and do it again that the hotel can not fix these things over a night. The owners and managing staff have to rethink what 5 star means. They need to take the whole buisness to next level if they want to keep up the five star description.

La nourriture était vraiment pas bonne . Le petit déjeuner était passable mais le repas du midi et du soir était pas bon du tout et très repetitif en plus d etre mauvais.
L eau des piscines étaient froide, nous aurions apprécié qu elle soit un minimum chauffé pour pouvoir en profiter.

Alguma confusão ao jantar. No primeiro jantar chegamos pelas 20:30. Esperamos quase meia hora para entrar. Havia muita falta de reposição de alimentos e nem chegamos a vê-los. Falta de talheres e copos nomeadamente de vinho. Em 5 refeições principais nunca houve marisco. Os grelhado de carne foram sempre Peru ou frango. Não há Nutella para as panquecas das crianças ao pequeno-almoço. Não há água no bar. É preciso pedir na receção. A temperatura água da piscina interior podia estar mais quente ou climatizarem o espaço. A sauna estava fora de serviço.

Elevadores são uma confusão tremenda, e com dois fora de serviço é desagradável

Não adorei o sistema dos elevadores, mas entendo dada a dimensão.
Sinceramente a desilusão foi a piscina interior, o espaço é minúsculo para a dimensão do hotel, seria muito melhor ter uma exterior/coberta/aquecida, e o próprio sítio escuto, muito interior, um pouco datado.
As acessibilidades poderiam ser um pouco melhor, com cadeira de rodas, notámos a falta de acesso interior da zona de refeições para espetáculo, a chover tivemos que ir por fora. Quartos com banheira, segundo nos disseram só 1 com mobilidade reduzida, para a dimensão do hotel é pouco. A acessibilidade é algo que a haver serve todos, mas os que precisam a não mobilidade não dá.

Muita variedade de comida, mas ingredientes de fraca qualidade. Esperava bastante melhor de um restaurante de 5 estrelas.
