Lo qué más me gustó el personal del hotel y por supuesto la animación 😍

Cons:

Lo qué menos me gustó fue la reserva de hamacas....en todos los hoteles pasa lo mismo lo sé.....pero nunca voy a entender a gente que está 5 y 6 horas con la hamaca reservada y nadie ponga remedio a eso....

Pros:

Desde a recepção da Mariana e do diretor do resort até o atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente! Comida muito boa, conforto, limpeza, entretenimento! Sensacional!

Desde o atendimento no momento em que chegamos até ao momento do Check-out, fomos sempre bem recebidos por todo o staff, salientar a Mariana que sempre nos ajudou em alguma duvidas momentâneas.
Frisar também toda a equipa de animação que nos proporcionou momentos divertidos que vão ficar, certamente, marcados na nossa memória.
A localização é ótima para quem gosta de praia.

Os restaurantes temáticos são um ponto de reflexão. Pouca disponibilidade semanal.

Excelente experiência
Pros:

É o segundo ano que passamos um tempo no hotel e voltamos porque além de ser um espaço aconchegante e com ótima infraestrutura, nos sentimos realmente em casa. É nosso refugio para descansar e recarregar as energias. A comida é ótima, variada e fresca, a higiene das áreas comuns é tão boa quanto a do quarto e toda staff além de gentil são sempre muito solicitos.

Cons:

Sentimos que na área da piscina geral tinham poucos chapéu de sol.

Excelente, excepcional, maravillosa estancia.. estamos muy contento.
Pros:

El buen trato la amabilidad de los trabajadores y sobre todo del equipo de dirección dirigido por el señor Carlos Marín que recibe a los clientes de forma directa dando una calurosa bienvenida. De verdad es un placer y gusto poder haber estado hospedado en este hotel por 6 noches. De seguro volveremos. Sigan trabajando con la misma energía y efervescencia.
