Stay was lovely. My only criticism is the play area on the lower ground . As you have to pay cash for the pool tables

NOT a 5 star hotel, let down by staff service level and poor quality food. Would not revisit.
Cons:

The main restaurant is more like a canteen. While very presentable at start of service, it quickly deteriorates due to lack of staff. Tables are slow to be cleared and cleaned. Some food is questionable quality though plenty of choice.
Bar staff unable to cope with demand. Usually a lone bartender who is also required to clear tables and clean, an impossible task.Difficult to book a la carte options. Raised concerns with front desk manager as did a number of guests

Cons:

La calidad, cantidad y variedad del hotel (que es un 5 estrellas) es pésima.

La habitación llena de cristales de los huéspedes anteriores, sobre todo debajo de la cama.

No hay fácil acceso para personas de movilidad reducida

Overall the stay a very good, View amazing and staff very helpful.
Pros:

The amazing view from the room onto the ocean and beautiful sunset. The size of the pool as great for swimming. Too bad that it wasn't heated. The food was very good, especially in the italian restaurant.

Cons:

One day our room as not cleaned and hen going on a full day trip we ordered lunchboxess. Apart from juices and some pastries with meat, we received only 2 salads without any forks or spoons to eat it with and there were four of us, so actually didn't have anything to eat for the day.

Pros:

O quarto, a localização do hotel, piscinas e atentendentes sao incriveis. Nota 10.

Cons:

Nao havia a informação aqui pelo booking que nao poderia reservar os demais restaurantes por nao ter mais de 4 estadias, isso me decepcionou um pouco. E a comida all inclusive do buffet era simpes e faltava amor, sabor, algumas torneiras de cerveja sem funcionar.

Great hotel with beautiful views across the bay to Lagos.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in beautiful grounds.
Facilities that I needed were fantastic.
Food and selection of drinks again couldn't be faulted.
The location is a bit out of the village centre however walkable in 20 minutes or a short €4 taxi ride.

Cons:

Not much to complain about except fo the location but close to the centre would mean smaller grounds and green areas.

Pros:

Todo, es un sitio increíble, precioso y el hotel espectacular. Los trabajadores sobre todo las animadas fantásticas el buffet muy rico todo, aunque por decir algo no había churros ni frutos secos y la cerveza de una marca que estaba regular.... Lo mejor las vistas estábamos en la planta 15 y las vistas increíbles...
