Pros:

A localização é de facto muito boa, muito proxima da praia e com espaços verdes.

Cons:

A piscina maior não tem guarda sol.
Os snacks alternam dia sim dia não sempre com o mesno.
O hotel tava esgotado e a fila para o jantar era absurda.
O mobiliario do restaurante é pessimo e prrcisa de ser alterado rapidamente uma vez que é visivel que é muito antigo,o mesmo problema na sala de jogos os sofas são muito muito antigos.
A piscina interior é muito pequena e a agua e fria.
Fomo varias vezes ao anterior pestanaa blue que foi vendido ao Tivoli e esse hotel sim era 5 estrelas, e as condicoes brutais, atualmente parace me que trouxeram para este hotel o nome mas aproveitando muita coisa que este hotel tinha.

Estadia muito agradável
Pros:

Boa relação qualidade/preço, excelente localização, comida variada e de qualidade, boa oferta de entretenimento. Possibilidade de disfrutar do almoço e das instalações do hotel após o check-out.

Cons:

Encontramos algum lixo no quarto quando chegamos. No check-in não nos foi fornecida a pulseira identificativa do tudo incluído, tivemos que solicitar posteriormente. No final da estadia, perguntamos na recepção sobre a possibilidade de extender por mais uma noite, e disseram que não havia quartos disponíveis, mas depois no site aparecia essa opção.

Fim de Semana de Descanso
Pros:

Funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos apesar do staff da receção não ter muita formação. A gestão da sala de almoço e jantar é muito bem conseguida, apesar de muita gente conseguem gerir muito bem. É também de louvar o Diretor Geral que esteve todo o jantar a ajudar na sala, são poucos os que percebem como é estar no terreno e arregaçam as mangas para ajudar.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Almoço e jantar bons mas pequeno almoço e snack deixam muito a desejar. A seleção de bebidas é muito pouca e as que têm disponíveis não são bem conseguidas.

Hotel ist Ordnung aber in fantastisch ruhiger Lage

Das Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen, etwas zurückgesetzt und eröffnet damit eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Grünflächen. Das Freizeitangebot ist vielfältig. Die Getränkekarte abwechslungsreich. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Der Ort gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Klientel war eindeutig nicht gehobenes Niveau, und im Restaurant gab es viel Gerangel am Buffet. Im Speisesaal ist es sehr laut. Das Essen ist kaum gewürzt und von unterschiedlicher Qualität. Man kann aber immer etwas finden.

I was expecting more for a 5star hotel and for the prices they charge.

I like the staff and the cleanness was great, they were very helpful

Cons:

Upon arrival, the gym was out of service, which was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, on my final day—when I had planned to use the spa—the spa and indoor swimming pool were also unavailable ( out of service). I understand that facilities can occasionally experience issues, but it’s important that they are repaired as quickly as possible, as guests are paying for full access to all amenities. Overall, I left feeling disappointed. In some of the days the food choices were awful
