Servicio pésimo, mala calidad y nula responsabilidad

Tuvimos un incidente y la respuesta fue nula. Una de las personas que estaba alojada en la misma habitación que yo (que hice la reserva), al agacharse a guardar unas zapatillas en la maleta dió con el codo en un escritorio que tenia un cristal y al inicio pensamos que era un simple golpe pero de pronto empezó a sangrar bastante. Resultaba que el pico del escritorio tenia un cristal que estaba completamente roto. La cosa acabó en urgencias y con 3 puntos de sutura.

Cons:

El soporte, el trato no de los recepcionistas de ese momento que si nos proporcionaron gasas y betadine sino del post cuando la persona responsable nos llamó por telefono con la frase ¿qué es lo que queréis? Su preocupación fue nula por el incidente, prepotente y queriendo pasar página después de insistir nosotros hasta en 3 ocasiones para que nos dieran alguna respuesta

Hotel molto bello, consigliatissimo
Pros:

Ottima posizione nel centro della bellissima Jerez de la Frontera. Camera spaziosissima cpn ben 2 balconcini, e comodo e spazioso anche il bagno. Ottima e varia la colazione.

Cons:

Nulla, tutto ottimo direi. Personale parlante poco o niente inglese, ma come del resto in tutta l' Andalusia

Hotel clásico en centro de Jerez
Pros:

El hotel es muy céntrico, las instalaciones tienen ya mucha batalla pero está limpio y correcto.

Cons:

Párking muy incómodo (de pago) y te cobran hasta un café de cápsula que tienes que prepararte tú mismo. Ya que en la habitación hay hervidor de agua pero en mi caso ni un triste sobre de café.
