Overall stay was good.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, so is the location.

Cons:

Accessible room with lots of space to move around with wheelchair but getting into and out of the room was hard to to automatic door spring was to hard for opening the door. The water in the shower took 7 minutes to get to 90 degree (according to the technician tested the water). You should let the customer know about those condition, specially for disabled people and wheelchair users.

Worst hotel experience of my life
Pros:

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We had to switch rooms after finding pubic hair in the first one and then got woken up at 5:30 am by landscapers blowing right outside our room. Definitely not the relaxing stay we expected.

Amazing experience, surrounded by the best hospitality staff ever experienced.
Pros:

An experience second to none!!! U16 softball team, along with families, stayed while competing in a tournament. The facilities were amazing, location perfect and staff treated us like family. CJ and Kelsey (front desk) and Tiffany (kitchen) looked after all our needs and made us feel welcome in every way. It is by far the best hotel our team has every stayed in.

Softball Tournament Stay
Pros:

I brought my U16 girls softball team from Vancouver, Canada along with their families to stay at the Embassy Suites. Having stayed here before with my teams it was a no brainer coming back.

Starting with my initial room block with Melody the communication couldn’t be better. Every question, email and phone call was answered professionally and promptly.

At check in Kelsey was the absolute best!! Literally had my 5 rooms for myself and players in my hands within minutes to go with bottles of water on a hot day. And the our other 10 rooms for the families was handled just as good!

The rooms were very clean and as advertised.

The breakfast was amazing. Made to order omelettes, pancakes, and French toast was everything my players and families were looking for. Fresh and tasty. Tiffani and a couple others who I did not get their names but they were so polite and the food was great! Scrambled eggs, bacon and cubed potato hash browns were fantastic.

And then there was CJ!!! THE MAN!! Made the girls feel like they were the most important people around!! Customer service is obviously the most important thing to CJ. Looked after us all weekend long and always greeted us when we returned and always wishing the girls luck!! If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would!!

The Happy Hour was fantastic and well used!!

SEE YA NEXT YEAR GUYS!!
