Front desk were a bit off hand when we first checked in

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing and did not live up to what we would expect from a 4-star hotel, particularly considering we paid around $1,500 for four nights.

When we first arrived, the room we were given was not actually located in the main hotel building. This made getting our luggage to the room quite difficult and was not what we expected when booking the hotel. To make matters worse, the room had absolutely no Wi-Fi, despite Wi-Fi being advertised as an amenity. We complained to the hotel and, to their credit, they did move us to another room. The second room was fine, although this was certainly not the experience we expected upon arrival.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the breakfast. We paid separately for breakfast during our stay, and I genuinely do not think I am exaggerating when I say it was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have ever encountered. The only options available were scrambled eggs, which appeared to be powdered eggs, and a chorizo burrito. This was essentially the same offering every single morning of our stay.

For a 4-star hotel charging around $1,500 for four nights, we expected a much better breakfast selection. There were no pastries, no fresh fruit or anything resembling a typical hotel breakfast. We actually ended up having to go to Trader Joe’s to buy our own food for breakfast because there simply wasn’t enough available at the hotel.

We raised all of these issues when checking out. The hotel offered us only a 10% discount for one night of our stay, despite the problems we experienced throughout our visit. They also removed the amenity fee which we are still waiting to receive back.

Overall, we expected a much higher standard from a 4-star hotel, especially given the price we paid. The staff were helpful in moving us to another room, but unfortunately the overall experience did not justify the price or the 4-star rating.

The dryers do not work we had to pay for 3 rounds of drying and that wasnt enough to the point we ended up having to take our clothing to the laundromat.

The hotel was not as nice as the ouctures

Breakfast service was too poor one person was taking care of everybody therefore she did not have time to clean or giving us any kind of service we cleaned up and took the former rude people leftovers and took their Plates back to the trash container

ice machine noisy, card to room sometimes doesn’t work, one time i spend 10 min to open the door, also our room was without fireplace but its says every room had that. breakfast was simple and a lot of people, one time we don’t had a spot for seat (2 people). same problem with food on breakfast, was too much people and we waited for additional food around 20 min.
