Un hotel que no es nuevo pero está muy bien cuidado. La zona de piscina muy bonita. Aunque no la pudimos disfrutar porque hacía mal tiempo. El desayuno muy bien. Muy cerca de zona de bares etc

Bien, pero podían mejorar.
Pros:

Es genial contar con el parking.
El personal en general son muy amables.
La Comida y el vino riquísimo.

Cons:

La cama es muy estrecha.
Sólo hay un billar y está fuera al lado de la piscina, y no había luz allí por la noche, así que no hemos podido jugar.
Una pena.
El agua de la piscina es climatizada, pero la verdad es que estaba muy fría.

Kind staff and a good location, but the dining experience fell far short of expectations.
Pros:

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in, especially Maria, who made us feel welcome right away. During our stay, our son became ill in the room, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond by coming late in the evening to help clean up and even offering to bring him tea. Their kindness and care really stood out.

The location was also a highlight. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, which made it easy to explore while still enjoying a quieter setting away from the crowds. The pool was clean and well maintained, and although paid parking was available for €15 per night, we found plenty of free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood and didn’t need to use it.

Cons:

The rooms were below expectations and showed clear signs of aging. While it appears they were given a superficial renovation some years ago, wear and tear is very visible, with chipped paint and scratched floors. The beds were also quite average and not particularly comfortable, which impacted the quality of sleep.

That said, the most significant disappointment was the half-board dining experience, especially dinner. Breakfast was acceptable and fairly standard, but the evening meals were consistently poor. The food was bland, poorly prepared, and lacked both quality and appeal. The buffet environment felt more like a noisy school cafeteria than a relaxed dining space, making meals unpleasant.

Hygiene in the buffet area was also concerning. Some guests handled food in unhygienic ways, and it would have been reassuring to see hand sanitizer stations available. The staff clearing tables were efficient but not especially friendly or engaging, which added to the impersonal atmosphere.

Evening entertainment felt low-effort and repetitive, with virtual bingo offered nightly and generally uninspiring performances. This is not a criticism of the animation team, who were friendly and clearly trying their best, but rather of the overall concept and execution.

Pros:

Líbilo se nám slušná nabídka jídel, ze kterých se dalo vybrat. Výborné drinky u bazénu. Příjemný a pečlivý personál. Parkování bez problémů na ulici.

Cons:

Hluk z hlavní silnice a tvrdý polštář :-)
