basic accommodations in good location, great for one night
Pros:

Awesome location near the train station, cathedral, museum and shops! Enjoyed having AC in summer which is rare in Germany.

Cons:

Coffee at breakfast could be improved.

Una ubicación excelente, justo al lado de la Catedral. La habitación estaba limpia y aseada y tenía los servicios básicos. Por la noche se dormía bien y a pesar de estar en el centro no había ruidos excesivos.

Cons:

El desayuno buffet un poquito justo, faltaba algo más de dulce (madalenas, croissants, ensaimadas...) y además no había ni tostadora ni microondas, algo muy necesario en un servicio de desayuno. Tampoco tenían Cacao en polvo, para en el caso de que no te guste el café, pudieras añadir algo a la leche. Por lo demás, bastante aceptable.
Aunque hicimos poco uso del televisor, era una pantalla pequeña y bastante antigua.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone. War bei 42 Grad dort. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Ich konnte entspannt schlafen. Habe aus dem Greator Event viele Menschen kennengelernt die viel teurere Übernachtungen gebucht hatten. Diese lagen nicht mitten im Zentrum. Ich werde dort bei meinem nächsten Trip auf jeden Fall dort ein Zimmer buchen.

Cons:

Duscheinstig sehr schmal.

Lage war optimal in der Innenstadt, Personal super nett. Das Frühstück hätte in meinen Augen etwas ausgiebiger sein dürfen, aber insgesamt was es i.O.! Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen

Lovely, clean hotel with excellent location.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. They held our bags after check out so we could site see a bit more. The breakfast was minimal but enough and area was very inviting. Very clean and comfy. We even had a view of the cathedral. Oh, and they have an elevator- which was essential for my mother. Beds were comfy enough and street noise was not bad - it faded to nothing after a while. Location is perfect for walking the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Breakfast is a bit expensive for what is offered.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, da wir das Zimmer mit der Terrasse mit Blick zum Dom bekommen haben

Cons:

Man kann bei der Buchung nicht angeben welches Zimmer man möchte, nur per Zufall war das Zimmer mit Terrasse verfügbar, es ist leider nur eins.

Desde o check in a pessoa da recepção foi grosso e rude comigo e outros hóspedes antes de mim, não sabia lidar com as reservas e o app, ao não achar minha reserva me acusou de estar mentindo até que ele encontrou e não pediu desculpas pelo desrespeito. Eu pedi por um quarto com varanda para fumantes e paguei por isso, chegando no quarto não tinha varanda apenas uma escada de incêndio cheia de cigarros jogadas no chão onde eu deduzi que era o local para fumantes mas após fumar uma vez lá fui surpreendido com essa mesma pessoa batendo em minha porta me xingando pois não podia fumar naquele local e mesmo eu mostrando a ele que eu solicitei um quarto para fumantes ( opção oferecida pela acomodação na hora do agendamento, eu não pedi ) ele ignorou e continuou sendo rude foi quando decidi pegar minhas coisa e ir embora daquele chiqueiro.

Hôtel parfait pour un séjour d'une ou deux nuits
Pros:

La clim est disponible dans la chambre (important en cette période de canicule), le personnel était très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner était assez fourni, y a tout ce qu'il faut. Les fenêtres des chambres étaient bien isolées, on n'entendait pas le bruit de l'extérieur (c'était jamais dérangeant en tout cas)

Cons:

Les chambres sont par contre très mal isolées au niveau des murs, on entend absolument tout ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres voisines, les conversations on les entend très distinctement...

La salle de bain est assez petite, c'est un peu serré.
