Pros:

Tesis güzeldi Katedralin dibinde hemen çarşının başladığı yerde küçük bir kapı ile açılan güzel bir otel. Asansör olması çok işimize yaradı bebek arabası ile çıktık odamız 3'üncü kattaydı. Oda sıcaklığı harikaydı. Banyo küçük ama çok kullanılışlıydı, sıcak su problemsizdi. Odada su ısıtıcı yoktu ancak resepsiyondan talep edince termos dolusu sıcak su getirdiler. En önemlisi de 2 saat erken geldiğimiz halde erken check-in yani odaya 2 saat erken girmemize müsaade ettiler. Tabi bu durum odamızın hazırlığı ya da yoğun dönemlere göre değişebilir. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Özellikle kahvaltı hazırlamada görevli hanımefendi hiç birşeyin tükenmesine müsaade etmeden açık büfe kahvaltıda malzemeleri tamamladı. Merkezde olması yorulunca gelip dinlenip bir daha çıkmanıza olanak sağlıyor o konuda avantajlı zaten merkez Tren istasyonuna çok yakın.

Pros:

This was a last-minute hotel booking, but I couldn't have found a better place. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. There was a middle-aged man at reception who gave me Haribo gummy candies after I told him about a scary incident. It's very close to the cathedral, and everything you need is nearby. I was very pleased. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Cologne.

Sie war kalt u das Zimmer war zwar für eine Nacht okay, aber es war kalt. Das Bad hat keine Heizung u die Fenster waren auf als wir reinkamen. Im Februar!

Die Räumlichkeiten waren ausreichend - hatten zwei Schlafräume (3 Betten) vollkommen ausreichend - Platz für Kleidung und weitere Dinge waren vorhanden
Das Frühstück gab es als Buffet (klein gehalten, aber vollkommen ausreichend)
Das Hotel war direkt zentral/mitten im Geschehen mit super vielen Läden (perfekt zum Shoppen und Schmökern)
Das Hotel war gut gesichert - um hinein zu kommen musste man klingeln (kannte ich so noch nicht)

Cons:

Das Personal konnte teils kein Deutsch sprechen, Sauberkeit war ok - hätte mir dennoch gern etwas mehr gewünscht, leichte Schimmelränder an den Badfenstern
Parkplatz war in der Nähe zu finden - preislich aber unnormal
