Is good place to stay, in center, have garage and good air condition in the room.
Pros:

I really like the stuff which was friendly, professional and tried to help with all info I needed related to my stay in Zagreb.
They also allowed to leave our car in garage due to possible storm till end of the day, even we have checked out, that was really nice of them.

Cons:

I didn't like that room didn't have wardrobe, just some hangers. Also I didn't like that two of us got just two paper cup for water even the hotel is rated as 4 starts hotel.
No water in bottles or anything in the fridge.
In short, as 4 stars hotel they should work on some small details which means a lot.

Old and not clean hotel!!!!!!
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely professional. Their service was excellent, and they did their best to make us feel comfortable.

That is the main reason I am giving this hotel 3 stars.

Cons:

The hotel looks nothing like the photos on Booking.com. In reality, the property is old, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned.

The air conditioning in the breakfast area was not working, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. It was almost impossible to enjoy breakfast. I also noticed that other guests were complaining about the same issue.

I had specifically requested a king-size bed, but instead we were given two single beds pushed together. As a result, I kept slipping into the gap between them, which made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, and I will definitely not stay here again.

Once again, I would like to thank the staff—they were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. I have no complaints about them. However, everything else about this hotel was extremely disappointing.
