This hotel is a short walk (less than 1 min.) across the parking lot from the Wanderers Club conference center. The staff are very friendly, organized, and efficient. The restaurant is very good, and it opens early (630am) and closes late. My room was very clean, and the desk was large and good for working.

the best staff and service you could ever imagine
No water available following 2 requests! Only one towel per person each day! No credit issued if you prepaid everything. It is as if you didn’t exist had to pay for everything as you proceeded.

This hotel remains very well located in Joburg area, near highways, yet with very pleasant deck and outdoor aspect in the Wanderers Club.
Hotel was decent.
I loved the propery, but the customer service was excellent. I am sorry that I cannot remember the young woman's name, but she went above and beyond to assist with whatever we needed. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling back to South Africa from the USA.
