Pros:

Paula was outstanding. When I walked in she was the managing the front desk and gave us a warm greeting and she had the most beautiful smile. Everytime my wife and I came down she would acknowledge us. Paula made our stay so wonderful.

Upon my arrival, the staff member on duty appeared inebriated, showing a severe lack of responsiveness that made it impossible to complete my check-in. I eventually had to contact law enforcement to resolve the situation. This should have been a seamless process, especially as I had already checked in online

Pros:

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was nicely decorated and more importantly, clean. They are building another hotel right next door so it can be a little loud during work hours, but it was quiet during the evening and night times. We've stayed here a few times and are always pleased with our visit.

Breakfast was advertised from 6-10 am; however, at 8:30 there were no hot dishes available and when I asked, the front desk clerk said they didn’t cook after 8:20. By 8:20, there were literally no hot dishes. It would have been nice if they had at least mentioned that at check-in

Room was dirty, toilet not properly cleaned. Stains on kitchen appliances. Passed on breakfast. Looked old and looked like it had been reheated more than once. Staff & service not professional. The area was good and parking lot well lit.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room had a mini kitchen with sink, dishes, refrigerator and microwave. Highway construction can make access inconvenient, but that is not fault of hotel. Breakfast area was clean when I used it, but it is a very minimal, normal continental fare. No complaints; it served the purpose for my short stay.
