Pros:

Excelente ubicación inmejorable vista de bahia Joao Fernandez desde la habitación.
Piscina muy agradable protegida del viento. Excelente restaurante. Personal muy educado y atentos . volveremos si n lugar a dudas

Gosto muito das instalações e localização do hotel.

Cons:

Não gostei dos horários do café da manhã. Acho que poderia começar um pouco mais cedo. Por ser um espaço curto de tempo do café, estava sempre muito cheio.

Pros:

Todo estuvo bien , incluso pudimos dejar los autos arrendados guardados en sus dependencias sin cobro adicional. Eso fue muy grato para nosotros.

Gostei muito do atendimento dos funcionários,amei a minha vista do quarto
Amei o atendimento no restaurante os garçons muito prestativos e agíeis no atendimento,tem um senhor lá que eu fiquei encantado com atendimento dele!
A comida uma delícia,tudo que pedimos estava uma delícia em especial uma torta de limão,uma coisa do outro mundo de tão deliciosa!!

Frustada com o ocorrido
Cons:

Tive um óculos furtado dentro das dependências do hotel durante minha estadia. No momento da saída, fui tranquilizada pela equipe de que a situação seria resolvida, porém posteriormente a postura mudou e não houve solução. Fiquei bastante decepcionada com a condução do ocorrido.

Que estaba al lado de la playa Joao Fernandes.👍 Los empleados/as que trabajan en el hotel muy amables y serviciales😊

Cons:

Mucho ruido de las personas que trabajan en el Hotel, deberían considerar que los huéspedes se encuentran durmiendo, pero se entiende porque ellos comienzan muy temprano a trabajar, lo otro que los insumos del desayuno no se repitan todos los días😬

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena ya que tiene acceso directo a dos playas aunque está alejado del centro. El desayuno está bien, es simple pero completo. Los pancitos de queso son excelentes.

Cons:

La sensación que tuve al llegar fue de que todo era viejo: muebles, decoración.. Si bien esto no se refleja en las habitaciones, le cambiaría un poco el hall de recepción. Primera impresión solo hay una.

Hermoso hotel, vistas únicas desde el balcón. Debe mejorar el internet en las habitaciones.

La ubicación y la vista son hermosas. Las instalaciones en buen estado y limpias. El sector de la pileta era excelente.

Cons:

Lo único para mejorar es el wi fi, en la habitación no hay nada de internet.

Friendly staff, great views and exclusive access to the beaches.

Cons:

It's a bit far and in a lonely part of the town. If you go to dinner and come back walking at night, it doesn't feel that safe. We were lucky that nothing happened to us, but walking at night to the hotel wasn't our favorite part of the experience.
