Hermoso lugar... pero necesita más corazón
Pros:

Ubicación y acceso directo y a pocos metros de dos de las mejores las playas... Eso lo hace muy cómodo para volver al hotel y tomar un baño en la piscina.
La vista al mar y playas desde las habitaciones es excelente.
Buen restaurant aunque a pocas cuadras hay varias opciones (ej. Sense es muy bueno)
Personal de servicio habitaciones y restaurant muy atentos.

Cons:

Ya que el hotel tiene una larga historia me habría gustado que prestará mayor atención a detalles como poner flores en la sala o entrada al Hotel.
Me habría gustado un trago de bienvenida.
La sala del piano parece abandonada...salvo para uso de los niños en juegos de mesa. Al parecer hubo un bar que ya no funciona.
Para un hotel de esta categoría no me parece bien que al requerir transporte de vuelta a Río Janeiro no te ayuden a coordinar ese servicio, y simplemente te anoten un número teléfono donde llamar.... son pequeños detalles, pero importantes para quien está de visita.

A localização é formidável e a vista maravilhosa. O quarto é confortável e com boa dimensão. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, gentis e prestativos, principalmente o Paulo da recepção, que nos atendeu com cordialidade A limpeza do quarto estava boa.
A piscina é muito bonita e limpa. O café da manhã é bom e com variedade.

Cons:

Tudo ótimo, mas observamos que o prédio não tem acessibilidade. Não precisamos, mas são muitas escadas e uma pessoa com dificuldade de locomoção terá dificuldades.
