The appartment was on two levels, one living room in the G floor, and one large and one small rooms in the basement, and it was very clean with housekeeping twice a week.
The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance.
Special thanks to Ahmed, who was very helpful and cooperative. Even after we left, he contacted us about items we forgot and kept them safely for us. One of the best people we’ve dealt with.
The only downside was that the apartment doesn’t have good sound insulation, so it can be noisy at times.

Great area and the apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable. A bit of street noise at times but nothing to complain about.

3minutes walk from green park.
The property is fully equipped with everything you could ask for—TV with all channels, high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen, and clean, modern bathrooms with built-in showers and fresh towels. I’m truly impressed with the service and support provided. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality and willingness to accommodate any additional needs. Highly recommended!
Because the properties at the corner during weekends you may hear people and car noises but that is not at all bothering.
