Cons:

Took them more than an hour to do the check in. Booking two rooms for a total of 6 unable to connect them. Each room has one towel. Breakfast quality is very bad. No valet parking no staff to help with luggage no security. A hotel working with the minimum manpower.

smells like dust, room has dust, pool doesn’t have attendee staff (lifeguard) water in the lift, two staff only in the reception, no one call us before 12:00 for check out reminder at least, we didn’t get chance to take shower no lights at all in the room and toilet, booking.com send me messages that there’s a foot spa promotion on the saloon but we didn’t get it they said it’s from two months ago. it’s disappointing. first ever hotel that disappointed us to the highest level.
