Airport disturb with low taxi accesibility
Pros:

It was located in the heart of traffic and I couldn't take a taxi and I had to reach the hotel in 1 hour walking however the metro station is close to the hotel but all the time airplane taking and landing voices disturb you.
Breakfast is not good at all with crowded indians.
Also I had a bad experience when I asked reception for late delay and rejected by the team.

I like ramada plaza hotel. My and my entire friend is very happy with this hotel. My experience is very good specially one of F&B Manager Mr. Kashif is very helpful and great nature. His hospitality is very good and very friendly nature.

Terrible hotel in Dubai
Pros:

Simply one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. The dining room bears no resemblance to the photos, the reception staff were rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was appalling. The hotel clearly lacks staff training—many employees have no clue how to treat guests. That said, the duty manager did go out of his way to try to improve things. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were accommodating. Unfortunately, the night duty manager made a personal attack on me at 1 a.m., showing a complete lack of customer service. Had I not paid in advance, I would have switched hotels immediately. This service is not suitable for business travellers. Beware before booking. The problem is the lack of good management and training for staff.

Não gostei de nada , tudo com defeito , tive que tomar banho de água fria porque não esquentava e tinha que esperar 2 horas para o conserto chegar !
O colchão era podre , todo sujo e mijado ! O all inclusive era fake, era uma pensão completa que não dava direito nem a um refrigerante, era só água ou refresco ! Nunca vi all inclusive que vc só tem direito a água e refresco ! E tb era café da manhã / almoço e janta !!! Isso é pensão completa e não all inclusive

Excellent service and upkeep though old property
Pros:

They have really maintained the property very well and the hospitality of the Staff is excellent. They provide Instant help and Staff is very courteous. They also accommodate your special request to the possible, and it feels like at home.

The location was convenient to move around for sight seeing.
The hotel was very quiet and restful. No noise of traffic to disturb our resting time.
The rooms were well appointed and everything was in good working condition
The breakfast had a variety aimed at satisfying people from varied countries.
Mr Kashyap manager and Mr Gordon were very mindful of our needs and went out of their way to help us
