Averaystay at above average price.
Pros:

Good beds. Very nice pool area. Pleasant staff

Cons:

Breakfast skimpy. Not much left when we wanted to eat (about 8am),
TV needs some type of instructions. Annoying!

Clean friendly amazing pool
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable
The staff was friendly and the pool was fun

Cons:

Breakfast was almost gone when we got downstairs. But it was almost 10am

Staff was wonderful and helpful. They were so very kind. Breakfast was nice and hot and very clean.

Cons:

Facility is very dated. TV was very small, refrigerator was a box type directly on the floor. There was no clock by either side of the bed.

Cons:

In my bathroom was a swimsuit crotch liner stuck to the wall when I arrived so wasn't sure they cleaned the bathroom. Also shower curtain was moldy.

Pros:

Beautiful building, still in the process of updating the interior in the words of the owners.

Cons:

I was on 2nd floor, would have preferred 1st floor, didn’t see an elevator. Breakfast was good with many choices but no milk for cereal.

Attractive and newer, great food, excellent facilities.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. I loved the sausage-peppers-potato combo which I put on the omelet. Liked that you had whole wheat bread. Liked the canned fruit for a change: peaches and pears. The pools and the slide would be great for kids. The decor was very nice "woodsy."

The staff in the morning were friendly and conversational.

Cons:

I had booked a King room which was to include a pull out. There wasn’t a pull out and even though there were only 4 rooms occupied on that evening, she WOULD NOT change the room for me.

Pros:

We stayed during a cold January night for a family visit nearby. The vibe was comfortable and welcoming with a fire going in the lounge area. Check in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had more to offer than what we've typically encountered for a continental breakfast, with eggs, sausage and pancakes. Room was amazing with whirlpool and fireplace. A rustic feel, little used but nothing that would make a picky person cringe. It felt very comfortable and relaxed, a nice change from some of the more "stiff" hotels.
