I definitively do not recommend this hotel, absolutely not we did stay a total of six (6) nights

Mal trato por parte del personal. Quisieron cobrarme un extra de dinero para hacerme una factura , eso es ilegal , no pueden cobrarme de más por darme un comprobante.

Pros:

El hotel en general está muy bien, completo para el precio.
Tiene algunos detalles por los años que podrían mejorar, el desayuno rico, pero le falta. La atención presencial estuvo correcta, no así por mensaje. La ubicación y vista espectacular!

El desayuno puede ser mejor, que no levanten media hora antes de que terminen y más variedad de cosas. La atención por mensaje. Detalles del hotel que indican los años, que podrían mejorar.

Pros:

Ubicación, relación precio / calidad.

Cons:

Posición baño incomodo y puerta de corrediza de regadera dañada. Temperatura / ventilación a veces no se sentía el aire acondicionado en el cuarto. Los pasillos y áreas comunes estaban a buena temperatura, pero el cuarto no. Tarjeta de entrada con problemas, todos los días había que pedir habilitarla.

Pros:

Hotel com ótima localização, pertinho do Obelisco, café da manhã simples, mas muito gostoso, cama confortável. Quando eu voltar ficarei lá novamente.
