No enough port or boll to cook if you needs to cook.
Very old pot and fry pan and all plastic spoons for cooking, also hot water castle is one of the worst I ever seen anywhere, it’s not good for health of humans to used for drinking tea.
Every time go get out or in to the car parking you have to get out to press the PIN number in the railing door to open regardless rain or shine you have to get out from your car which is not good at all. They must have remote control for everyone to open and close the gates.
It was an amazing place, lovely and private little oasis. Craig was friendly, helpful and informative
Excellent customer service, big deluxe room.
-
Large rooms, comfy bed, basic but clean amenities. Private off street parking. Conveniently located close to Cairns airport.
Lifts out of order to third floor.
All staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Comfortable bed
Quiet room
We were only there for one night so we didn't get a chance to explore facilities like the pool or eat breakfast on the ground floor, however, this is a clean, functional hotel within easy walking distance to Cairns CBD, restaurants, the waterfront etc.
We had an upper room floor, which we were happy about, but this faced the road so there was some traffic noise in the early evening. If you want a quieter room, we suggest that you ask for a room which faces away from the road.
Clean and well organised
Convenient location
The room had everything we needed. Fresh towels and bedding, kitchen equipment and utensils, washing up liquid, dishwasher cloth and tea towel. The hairdryer and shower were better than expected.
Handy to the airport
Well priced
Value for money
The studio room is huge; heaps of space for masses of luggage and doors open onto a small balcony. Great feeling of not being "closed in" Close enough to walk into CBD and the Esplanade, and numerous food places on Sheridan St, only a block away.
Nice big shower. Kitchen with the basics.
Cannot improve on this.
area in general was close to everything I needed.
Wifi was terrible. I was flying out to Japan the next day and relied on confirming multiple bookings online before travelling and organising e-sim card. Did not work for me at all and I'm tech savvy.
Good location in Cairns North. Easy to connect to central Cairns via bus or car if travelling up north. Nice restaurant attached for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Apartments are quite old and in need of an upgrade. Unfortunately our room was next to the public laundry so machines were running often. Kitchen equipment was a bit sparse but overall room was large enough for 2 and bed very comfortable with a nice outdoor area to sit in
Good location and comfortable beds.
Pool towels available but at a cost.
Front desk service was excellent. Helpful, and very welcoming.
