Very comfortable accomodation
Pros:

We arrived early after an overnight and are eternally grateful they arranged a room for us earlier in the day. We were shattered from the flight.
The room.size was enormous. It's close enough to the airport and cbd with a car. It was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, lending us an.extension cord. Laundry facilities were very handy. We were 6 people. The double, and the 2 bedroom apartment were spacious and clean. Thoroughly recommend this one.

Cons:

The curtains weren't block out and lights left on near the pool made our room light all night. No power point near the bed.

They need to seriously work on their cleanliness. I had multiple issues with the cleaning of the room. The first room they put me in had not been cleaned at all. There was half a pizza in the fridge, dirty cutlery, stains on the bed linen, what looked like pubic hair on the side table and sticky buildup and toothpaste on the bathroom bench among other issues…They moved me to another room but it still was not up to scratch…. There
was what could best be described as “grime” on the toilet roll holder in the bathroom.

L’emplacement, la propreté et la piscine était super. Par contre 30 minutes de retard pour obtenir la chambre, ce qui peut arriver mais l’acceuil fut assez rude et impoli, apres 45 min d’attente, le check in a été dabors fait pour dautres arrivés après nous, quand nous avons demandé de check in on nous a répondu, wait for me to be ready.... ce qui tristement donne une touche amère a l’arrivée.

Very Clean, Comfortable and reasonably priced
Pros:

This is an older motel that had been given a refresh a few years ago.
The rooms are very large with a kitchenette
The bed was extremely comfortable with a mattress topper.
The bathroom is newish. Probably about 5 years old (estimate)
There is 24 hour reception which came in handy when I left my key in the room

Overall, the cleanliness of the room which is the most important to me was immaculate. And that makes an older room feel very good.

My room faced west and had a pleasant mountain view

I commend the housekeeping people on doing an immaculate job

Great hotel
Pros:

This place is great value for money. We had a nice big room with a very comfy bed. It was very clean and great disability access. Close to everything. Staff were nice and we had lovely Indonesian room service. Lovely clean pool etc. Would happily stay here again
