The apartment was comfortable and close to the water and the airport for an early flight

La camera era molto spaziosa.
L'hotel è molto distante dal centro. E senza automobile è difficile da raggiungere.
Le lenzuola e le tende erano macchiate. Il frigo era estremamente rumoroso. Il "servizio lavanderia" erano semplicemente una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice, a pagamento e più costose che altrove.
In generale la struttura è molto vecchia e fatiscente.
Ha tutta l'aria del classico motel americano. Non so come possa essere considerato quattro stelle.

受け付けが24時間開いていて対応もよく便利でした。周りの環境は比較的に静かで、レストランはアジア料理で美味しくてリーズナブルな値段でした。掃除が行き届いており、全体的にお得感がありました。
繁華街から若干離れているので静かに過ごしたい人にはよいのですが、アクティブに過ごしたい人には毎回繁華街まで20〜30分歩くことになるので面倒かもしれません。あと個人的に電子レンジが欲しかったです。

The location was a big highlight, easy to get around, with plenty nearby for dining and sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free.
Honestly, not much. Everything was smooth and exceeded expectations
Large room, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed, pillows and bath towels. Great rain shower in bathroom. 2 swimming pools, BBQ area, pool towels available. Quick, easy uber to airport or in to town. Also easy walk to town or along the esplanade. On-site restaurant for breakfast & dinner. Ceiling fan, a/c, small balcony. We had a great stay.
Some mold on the wall, as is common in the tropics. Our room seemed to be missing vibe curtain, but we solved it with a towel & pillow (didn’t get around to asking about it at reception as it didn’t bother us).
Room size
We had real problems with getting hot water,both in the sink and the shower.we complained twice but nothing improved . That made the stay exasperating to say the least.
So would we stay again? Well what do you think?

Staff are professional, friendly and care about their customers. The accommodation was very clean. There is a washer and dryer. The hotel is fairly close to restaurants and shopping (20 minute walk). You can store your luggage if needed.

Friendly staff and a spacious 2 bedroom apartment.
Because of the position of our bed we couldn't close the door to the room. Also, the aircon was old and noisy. When we turned it off it dripped loudly all night.
