I liked the view
My room was dirty, bed was uncomfortable and loud every time you move. Room was also freezing cold even with the heat all the up to it’s highest at 86 degrees

The cookies and the staff when we were leaving.
Where was a woman named Sarah at the front desk and she was very rude and racist. She did not make me or my children feel very welcomed. She was telling the other guests that we were not guests she gave me a really hard time checking in. I never felt so out of place and unwanted in an area in my life. How was the worst experience at the DoubleTree ever!
It was very clean, met expectations, staff was very helpful and friendly, and the warm cookies were nice surprise.
It would have been easier to use the vanity mirror if there was a chair or even a stool in the room that could be easily moved in and out of the bathroom. Everything else was really great!
Nothing
I didn't like how I was treated. When I walked up the two staff members seemed to be welcoming and inviting until they seen me. This one woman named Sarah. Appeared to be extremely racist. She spoke to me in a very rude manner. She allowed another two gentleman that were not of color to skip me in line. Then I asked her to check for my reservation and she proceeded to tell me I do not have one there. She went into the system and canceled my reservation. Luckily I seen it. So I immediately booked another one. I called the manager to help out. She responded with "oh your going to give me a dirty look?". I just ignored it and waited for someone decent to handle services for me. Only I didn't get anyone anywhere near decent. He was just as rude. Until he asked me for my ID and found my booking I had just replaced it after the prior representative deleted it. I came up to the room and cried I was livid. I was so confused why I would be treated this way by the double tree and staff. This act was an abysmal act to the company overall. I have yet to experience a good stay at the double tree! I did not appreciate the indecency of the staff representing this place. This treatment is inhumane.

Staff was amazing! Room view was exceptional and clean. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delivered quickly, very clean and food was delicious! They gave us extra chocolate chip cookies to take home on our checkout! Highly recommend!
