Хороший отель для пешего посещения Ниагары и окрестностей
Pros:

1) очень просторный номер. Заявлен как 24 квадратных метра, а выглядел как 40 кв метров заявленные в других отелях.
2) вид на реку, хоть и не сам водопад, был прикольный всё равно
3) по меркам американских отелей хороший завтрак по типу шведский стол
4) очень удобное расположени отеля, пешком можно до водопада за 20 минут. Даже машину брать не обязательно (там парковки платные и в сезон заняты).
5) вкусно кормят при заказе по меню в ресторане
6) на период завтрака добавляют чайные станции на 1м этаже - если вдруг завтрак не включен у вас, можно налить (правда, чая нет - только кофе)
7) хорошее состояние отеля (не пользовался только бассейном, не могу оценить).
8) большая парковка. Даже ночью если вернетесь, без места не останетесь
9) чисто в номерах и есть чай и кофе. Удобно
10) кровати и подушки удобные, сон был хорошим

Cons:

- бесплатный завтрак включен только для заявленных взрослых. Дети 10 и 13 лет - нужно оплачивать отдельно по 20 у.е. за человека. Почему об это не было ни слова в описании бронирования. У моих детей спец диета и завтрак им всё равно нельзя общий, но сам факт... почему не предцпреждают в брони заранее
- разочаровал персонал. Прекрасные сотрудники сменялись абсолютно невнимательными и формальными. Когда мы приехали до 12:00 (номер еще убирался, что ОК) - на ресепшен отличные девушки, всё объяснили и предложили смс, если номер будет готов раньше. При этом потом при заселении были уже молодые парни, которые не клиенториентированно отреагировали на мою просьбу предоставить микроволновку в номер (у моих детей спец диета и нам была нужна). Проблема не в том, что мне отказали (изначально никто не обещал), а в том, как был сделан этот отказ.
Разочаровал кучерявый парень-официант из ресторана.
Я заказал курицу без специй, мне принечди со специями. Ладно, переделали.
Потом я заказал в 20:30 вечера еду с собой в дорогу, чтобы мне её приготовили до закрытия ресторана и чтобы забрать в 22:30.
Каково же было мое удивление, когда оказалось, что про заказ забыли. А утром в меню уже нет таких позиций для заказа (о чем кучерявый официант мне.вечером не сказал).
Хорошо, что официант утром на завтраке помогла решить проблему (хоть и не с первого раза, пришлось долго просить и объяснять)
- уборка в день выезда начала стучать в номер с 9 утра, хотя выезд в 11. Сначала просто спросили, нужна ли уборка (словно у них не отмечено, что номер под выезд). Потом в 10 утра постучали еще раз! Это такой прессинг для ускорение выселения?
- официанты в ресторане не знали, что розетки для зарядки телефона есть не только на баре, но и как минимум у одного из столов у окна
- на балконе моего номера есть нкбольшое осиное гнездо. Поэтому на балконе спокойно не посидеть было :) всегда 2-3 осы кружили. За таким надо следить

我的订房价格比较高，但是呢，没有提供早餐。如果是能够提供洗衣机和烘干机的这些服务就好了，因为到瀑布以后衣服一直都会湿掉，但是没法洗和烘干。其他的都还不错，我忘记有没有提供饮用水了，好像是没有，如果提供了会更好。

Cons:

Dirty floors and doors, old hotel, disgusting breakfast, very bad quality of unhealthy food, horrible, no espresso coffee, just dark water, nonnindonorised rooms, you csn listen all the noise of the neighbors…and this is a Hilton??

Good location, unclean rooms and loud

It looks so old inside. They assigned us rooms very close to elevator, it’s so noisy in the hallway, we could hear everything people said while they walked by. The pillows smelled soooo bad, looks like they never washed the pillows. There’s no complimentary tooth brushes, you had to call front desk to ask for it.

Little getaway.
Pros:

Excellent location. I like that its nice and quiet even being booked full.

Cons:

I didnt like that there was no shampoo, conditioner, or bodywash in the bathroom during our entire stay. Housekeeping didnt fill it.
