The view of the water that I paid to upgrade to.
I was not told when I booked I would have to pay for parking. There was broken glass all over in front of elevators by pool area. It states the deposit is $50.00 yet I was charged $150.00. So it was $50.00 per night. When speaking g to manager about my concerns he was very dismissive and rude to me as a paying customer. He stated I need to take any concerns to booking. Com. I also messaged on the mobile page four times to the property my concerns and didn’t receive not one message back. The heater didn’t work properly and the first two nights woke up freezing. Then spoke to from desk and the explained how to work the heater since it doesn’t work by the thermostat on the wall. Was never told at check in! No toilet paper left in room first night but half a roll so ran out and had to use tissue in middle of the night! Overall complete horrible stay and I travel often.
The pool was great
No microwave in the room, very disappointing. The trash cans in room are too small. Was not aware I would have to pay to park. Why?

Very friendly staff. Always pleasant and the restaurant worker was amazing.
We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool. Not a great experience. We left with all of our bathing suits and hair smelling musty. After several washes, the smell still hasn't come out.

My room was dirty, bed was uncomfortable and loud every time you move. Room was also freezing cold even with the heat all the up to it’s highest at 86 degrees
