Grand Canal Stay.
Pros:

Loved the grand canal area, staff very nice, room was clean. We love to walk, and we explored a lot.

Cons:

Bed too firm. The restaurant was mediocre.

Throughly enjoyed, will be back
Pros:

The location was very good with tesco and Eurospar a short walk away as well as bars and restaurants. The 3Arena is a 20-25 min walk so perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities that were given were very much appreciated!

Cons:

The vending machine is quite expensive for what you’re getting. Having the option for a later check out also would be ideal.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, geschmackvoll mit Stil eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. Jeden Tag wurden die Getränke im Zimmer aufgefüllt und alles war tip top in Ordnung

A wonderful place to stay in Dublin
Pros:

Comfortable, really great staff, everything you would expect and more. Little touches like good wash products in shower, fluffy towels, water in rooms, make all the difference.
Amazing location (near station, half hour taxi from airport, walkable to city centre shops etc).

We loved it.
Pros:

Everything. Room was perfect, comfy, roomy and clean. Pretty. Coffee/tea/ state of the art bathroom fixtures. Good lighting. lots of space. Good closets. quiet hallways. Lovely staff. Great lobby area and eating facilities. The CanalExpress...super for quick meals.

Cons:

Toilet paper wasn't the softest...no big deal...just saying.

Not what I expected with the bed
Pros:

The bar area was very neatly presented

Cons:

The queen size bed was 2 beds pushed together which made for a terrible nights sleep

Exceptional stay at the Grand Hotel
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel. Comfortable, clean, attractive, a quiet elegance. Rooms are large and well-appointed. Crisp linens. Lots of space. Tea and coffee and water bottles. Beautiful shower. We ate here several times… all good. Breakfasts were fabulous. Very nice lunch and supper menus. Service impeccable. The attached bar was the loudest and liveliest I’ve ever experienced (but then, I’m not a drinker, not a sports fan, not Irish!) but we had a good supper there. The location suited us, not downtown but easily accessible by DART, and walkable to the cathedral area and even to the Liffey. Would stay here again and again!

Another comfortable stay
Pros:

This is my fourth stay at the Grand Canal Hotel. Every dealing with staff - front desk, food, cleaning -was friendly and helpful. Rooms are a generous size, great view of the stadium, ensuite well appointed. A very comfortable hotel with convenient transport links.
