Staff was nice
Rooms smelled of cigarettes. Sheets were dirty. Hard to breath from the smoke. Sheets were dirty
The price and location ! Had decent breakfast included with options like 3 different fruits! Cereal, muffins, oats, yoghurt, juice , chicken wrap! Coffee !
The noisy air conditioner! The carpet seemed like it needs washing in the room we stayed in! And carpet on hallway and stairs could do with a vacuum

Non smoking room: bed cover had cigarette holes all through it. The house phone was filthy and did not work. Facility states they have a breakfast included not a continental breakfast. They offer nothing hot except coffee; no juices. They had some very old fruit, cold cereal, and some yogurt. The bathtub has mold in the corner. The television remote was all sticky too. I called the property the day before, stating I would be arriving early, as I was being picked up for a medical appointment. While I was not requesting to check in hours early, I asked if I could leave my vehicle in the parking lot, as I could not drive back from my appointment. I was told the answer would probably be no, but I should check with the desk in the morning. I did not check. The in-room hair dryer also did not work. I pressed the circuit resets and still did not work.

Absolutely nothing.
Floor trim broken. Mold on bathtub, shower rod coming out of the wall. Deep gouges in several of the walls. Lamp shades torn and stained. Bed was so hard like sleeping on box springs. Security chain on door broken, unusable. Some furniture had severe damage (tv stand, frame around giant picture over bed). Overall look run down, clean, but looks like owners don't care about anything else. They hallway smelled nasty. Was the only motel (oh i mean hotel.... motel) that I've ever stayed at the required $100. Refundable deposit in case of damage. Make sure to take pictures immediately and let front office know early that you have them, just in case. Never staying at a super 8 again.
30ish minutes from downtown
bathroom was clogged, limited toiletries, limited breakfast, fire alarm handing from ceiling, bed making noise with a simple touch and have to get room switched
