Super, jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Die super Aussicht von Zimmer auf den Genfersee.
Das Personal ist äusserst zuvorkommend.
Das Swimmingpool ist grandios.

Cons:

Im unteren Stock mit dem Restaurant ist alles stillgelegt zum kommenden Umbau.
Keinen offiziellen Parkplatz, das Auto war komplett verschmutzt, wir mussten es am Heimweg waschen.

Look forward to returning!
Pros:

We loved waking up to that view! Bed was comfy and the room was so quiet. We enjoyed being so close to the water and boardwalk while also being a bit further from the crowds. Pool is amazing! Wish it opened earlier.

Cons:

The hotel room seemed a little bare at first (no coffee or tea or moisturizer/conditioner in the bathroom) for a 4-star hotel but then the view and the location won us over, along with all the space in the closet, space in the fridge that let us use it, and ample cabinet space in the bathroom.
A smoker on the balcony next to us kept us off the balcony and made us close our doors for a bit, that was a shame.

O quarto tinha uma linda vista para o lago.
O salão do pequeno almoço tem glamour.

Cons:

Foi-nos atribuído um quarto no piso 0, o quarto 009, que se encontrava em muitíssimo mau estado e bastante degradado. O teto apresentava fissuras, com tinta a descascar, o chão ainda era em taco de madeira e apresentava um desnível na passagem do quarto para a casa de banho.
As cortinas são transparentes e não existem cortinas black out.
As janelas, de madeira, antigas e em mau estado, não têm vidro duplo e não fecham completamente.
Quando abrimos as torneiras, a água saiu com ferrugem e o móvel da casa de banho estava podre.
O terraço estava sujo e o toldo recolhido.
O corredor de acesso ao quarto tinha cheiro a esgoto.

É pena que um hotel com um potencial tão grande, esteja tão degradado!

Péssima experiência. Felizmente foi apenas uma noite!

Lovely. Thanks to reception for all their help and professionalism.
Pros:

Location right on lake. Supperb access.
Very helpful staff especially at the reception. Good quality food and options, better priced than outside of hotel.
Pool lovely. Good fir doing lengths and the sauna was great too.

Cons:

Pillows could have been fuller. Too flat and too much give in them.

Die Lage an See war top. Die aussicht super

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Frühstück genommen. Bei meiner Ankuft. Wurde das Frühstück einfach gestriken, und mann hat wartet das ich 25 chf pro tag . Zahle für Frühstück das ist einfach zu viel.

Enttäuschend und das Geld nicht wert. Kein 4 Sterne Hotel

Die Lage ist sehr gut um zu Fuss Montreaux zu erkunden.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es stinkt in den Gängen und es riecht unangenehm in den Zimmern. Alles sehr abgenutzt. Diverse Defekte Sachen im Zimmer( Lampen, Kaffeemaschine) Definitiv keine 4 Sterne Hotel mehr.
Frühstück für den Preis sehr mickerig und nicht der Kategorie des Hotels entsprechend. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.

A beautiful historic hotel with a fantastic view, friendly staff and a perfect lakeside location for relaxing walks.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, and we also appreciated having a bathtub in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though the spa area was under renovation during our stay, the hotel kindly offered us free access to the spa in a neighboring hotel, which was a very nice gesture. Breakfast was also good, and the hotel is located directly on the lakeside promenade, making it perfect for beautiful walks with amazing views.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit old, so the sound insulation is not perfect and we could hear guests in the neighboring room. However, this was the only downside. At the same time, the historic character of the building also gives it a special charm, as you can see many beautiful details that you would nowadays normally only see in museums.
