Overpriced and falling apart

The location, and the man that checked us in was very nice.

I was very dissatisfied with my stay. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk for help, was told they would help find me a new room and then waited over 20 minutes only to have to go to the front desk myself for help. The front desk attendant asked ME if I had smoked in the room, never offered an apology and hesitantly gave us a new room. She told me after moving all of our stuff (it was 930PM with a 4 year old) to call the front desk to let them know. Well, we tried, but the new room did not have a working phone. I used my cell phone and told them the room phone did not work and she said someone would fix it but no one did. On top of this, the bathroom door never shut, there were loud people singing and praying on our floor at all hours ahead the AC rattled so loudly all night it was very difficult to sleep.
