Nice place at top of city.
Pros:

Nice and close to the free public transport. The staff were very polite. The room was a good size.

空間很大很舒服，很有家的感覺。
因為是服務式酒店，所以煮食用具、設備、餐具應有盡有。
酒店位置絕佳，門口即有市內免費電車，離購物區也很方便

Cons:

住宿期間可惜沒有提供房內每日清潔服務，但是可以免費換領乾淨毛巾，也沒有免費停車場😓

The rooms are good and the beds excellent

Cons:

Front reception seems very cluttered and not neatly presented- this is your first look at the building and this needs quite a bit of work.
Get rid of the cheap coke machines and tidy up the front desk where all the other gear should be behind then scenes.

The apartment was clean and tidy pool area was clean and nice service staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

I didn't like apartment next door smoking the smell came straight in even though we had the widows closed it made the whole apartment smell like cigarettes and being a non smokers we could smell it very badly

I would NOT choose this hotel again unless improvements were implemented

TVs did not work on local channels
A/C had no temp control either on at 19 cold or off
Lid toilet cistern cracked, shower dated, sink ridiculously shallow and small sized and inadequate
floors of bathroom dirty once damp my light socks showed dirt

Cons:

Modernise the rooms, fix AC to give functionality, deep clean between stays, no invoice have asked but none sent ?
Staff could look up from their stations and say hello from time to time ?
Minimal in room coffee tea etc...

Uncomfortable,unclean and noisy

Easy walk to everything and tram and train close

Cons:

Beds uncomfortable and couch was equally uncomfortable to sit on
Super noisy we were kept awake nightly from noise of clubs until 3am. Also construction next door starts early am and goes all day. No restaurant ,no housekeeping. Had kitchen but barely any basic needs to be able to cook. No frypan pan if you wanted to make breakfast not even a chopping board. Not even a dish cloth to wash up.
Place was very dirty. Walls marked and dirty, shower mouldy and leaks, curtains you can see stains on and kitchen floors grimy. Windows streaky where they have at least attempted to clean. This was the executive suite so definitely should have been one of their nicer rooms. Only plus was it was great size 2 bed 2 bath great for 4 adults ,enough space that your not tripping over each other.
We have stayed in many oaks this was by far the worse.

Wasn’t very clean and most staff were great but a couple that were not helpful. Costly for what it is. We were there 4 days and no room cleaning or tidying. Had to go searching for staff for extra towels etc
