The pool

Cons:

Our rooms balcony. The balustrade had a gap between the wall on one side. When checked earlier I thought no way will my 16month son fit through that. So after sitting down for a second on a hot day with the door left often. I went out and found my son past the glass balustrade looking over the outside of the building where he could just fallen to his death. I was outraged, the balustrade should be wall to wall and nothing gets past. This room needs to be fixed or no kids allowed. Biggest scare of my life.

A good place from which to experience the West End.
Pros:

Great location. Many excellent cafes, restaurants and pubs close by. Clean facilities. Pool good to use, although I have never before needed swim goggles, but the chlorination level made that required.

Cons:

I prefer the bedroom and living area to be fully separate. If one of us wanted to stay up later, the light diffused into the bedroom. At the end, very annoying loud music in lift nearer Reception.

Good facilities in apartment. Good location. Helpful staff

Cons:

The shower was not ideal and often lifts were out of order. One lift also had loud intrusive music playing. But this was relatively minor compared with the positives.

Fine but room for improvement
Pros:

Good size room and balcony. Nice staff.

Cons:

Lobby constantly smelted weird. Elevators 1/3 working for majority of the stay. Construction out the front of property that blocked being dropped off for check in was annoying to have to walk luggage from a block away.
Would have appreciated being notified of construction and road closure prior to check in, we had to drive around a few times and was notified at check in.
Could have done with more toilet paper etc.
Room service was advertised but it was actually just ordering from a cafe near by that you would have to collect yourself.
Staff were friendly though.

It was good!
Pros:

The room was good for 2 people and the bed was big enough, well 2 large double beds combined into 1 to make it big. The location was also good as it's about 7 minute walk to Rundle Mall and the Adelaide Railway station/Tram is about 5 minute light breeze walk. The room was floor 15 and was facing the city. A bus stop is also located directly in front of the hotel.

Cons:

During my stay, a construction was happening directly in front of the hotel so for ubers/taxi they werent able to stop in front of the hotel. But that's not really the hotels fault. The best views for the hotel is facing the city or facing north terrace street, the view on either left or right are covered by big buildings so request for a high floor if possible.
