If you need to work from here, look for other options
Pros:

Well-located, near the river and within walking distance of most places in Adelaide. The swimming pool is lovely, and the staff is friendly and do their best to help.

Cons:

The internet is atrocious, worse than any place I've been to in recent memory, including developing countries. Though advertised as having desks to work from, we got consistently less than 1mb/s, which made even taking phone calls impossible. We finally got upgraded to a better, more comfortable room, in the hopes the connectivity would be resolved, but still got sub-par speeds and had to hotspot from my phone to get anything done.

I would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The suite was on the top floor with amazing views. Everything I needed was in the room for cooking, laundry etc. Location perfect for walking anywhere. So good to have car park in city centre.

Pros:

The apartment had everything you could need. Location was excellent for the conference I was attending, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby as was the main shopping areas.

Cons:

Only thing I didn't like was having the shower over the rather high bath.

Pros:

Location was good across from the Convention Centre as that was the reason I was visiting Adelaide for a National Conference over there. The room was neat and tidy and just what one person needed.

Cons:

It was noisy at times as there was building work next door but not the hotels fault. Shower wasnt that great.

Facilities, room and location were great.

Cons:

The young receptionist was rude, whispered in a monotone, would not speak louder, and appeared not to give a consideration for the guests. I guess I should have expected it because she was reading a book behind the counter, for all to see, called “Why men like Bitches.” I kid you not. In full display while other staff were working next to her. And of course she pouted and sulked and put on her RBF when a question I asked made her put the book down. Gob smacked!

Disappointed
Pros:

The view from the 17th floor was beautiful

Cons:

Marks on the walls , bathroom was outdated, burn marks on the carpet, windows were dirty the drapes in the living room had marks on them, the ceiling vents were full of dust in both bathrooms. Very disappointed with the room
