We have stayed at this hotel several times and everything was great. But apparently something has changed. This time, the water pressure in the sink tap was very weak, the thermostat didn't work at all, and the biggest surprise was that breakfast was completely unavailable due to low occupancy, and nobody warned us about this the evening before; we were simply presented with this fact when we went for breakfast. I'm not sure we'll want to stay here again.

I expected a bit more from staying at a Hilton however my stay was comfortable
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. We slept really well.

Cons:

The host at the front desk was very kind and helpful, however, when we arrived he was not at the front desk but instead was in a room nearby with his tablet open and was watching a game on the device, it was obvious given the volume level of the game he was watching. Unprofessional and odd. The reading lights didn't work in the room. Our cards never words for the side doors so we had to go all the way around. One of our rooms was really warm inside and it took almost all night to cool down. Also, no complementary breakfast like the old days is a bummer.

Worst stay ever!

Clean and modern

Cons:

Bar closed due to lack of hotel guests, staff took over best guest area in lobby, coffee in lobby was cold at 6:30 in morning, toilet in room stopped up, told by desk they had no maintenance for that and check out person had to call to get instructions on how to check us out, said she was a server but no one else was there at 9:00 am that could check us out.

Pros:

The location was in the middle of everything and the hotel was more then I could imagine. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and I will stay here again.
