Decent hotel, not worth the price I paid.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and well prepared.

Cons:

Shower didn’t drain, used bath rags left in the shower from prior stay. Not as updated as expected.

Convention location for our specific family trip

Cons:

It took forever for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The room temperature was difficult to control. The shower went from very hot to tepid in short cycles.

Price and now a days no one really watches tv they don’t have Roku tvs or able to watch apps it’s only cable tv boooooooooo

Housekeeping has a try little harder… I really don’t think the sheets were changed on the bed… There were hair on the fitted sheet and the flat sheet… And it wasn’t mine

Kristen(front desk on night of arrival) was exceptional … helpful, friendly,caring (deserves +++ kudos. Carmen and Lee in the dining room were very accommodating, cheerful, friendly

Beware!
Pros:

This hotel is dirty!!! Dingy towels, no hot water in shower, room has an odor and drain is slow in bathroom!
Spent a lovely day shopping with family and came back to hotel to discover room was not cleaned, no clean towels etc!
Breakfast was sparse just a couple of this and that nothing fully stocked at 8am.
We will NOT be staying at this hotel again!

Pros:

Room TV wires had been ripped out, and obviously tried to tape back together - without success. Ice machine covered with gunk. Dirty, broken stuff everywhere. I assume they are going out of business because it looks like corporate hasn't seen it in ages.

Filthy toilet, dirty floors, remodeling not done well
Pros:

The first room we got had the most filthy toilet that I have ever seen. The second room was better but the floor was dirty. The hotel has been renovated but our room still had 2 holes in the ceiling, no toilet paper holder, and the bathroom door was old, stained and had holes in it. We didn't eat breakfast there because the ice machine on our floor was filthy and we were afraid the kitchen where the food was prepared might be in the same condition.
