Additional extra bed & child policies:
• One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot (subject to availability)
• Children under 12 years staying in an existing bed with parent , but incur a breakfast charge of THB 200 per person per night when breakfast is included in the rate.
• Children of any age or adults will be charged THB 1,000 per person per night when using an extra bed. This rate is already inclusive of breakfast.

A breakfast surcharge of THB 200 per child, per day applies for children aged 5–11 years.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Petit déjeuner au top.
Personnel très à l'écoute et serviable.
Belle piscine, sauna et salle de sport.
Prestations haut de gamme.
Bien placé entre un night market à un bout de la rue et la plage très proche à l'autre bout de la rue.
Un 2ème night market plus grand, mais un peu plus éloigné.

Cons:

Le soir, un peu bruyant avec la musique des bars à côté, mais ça reste très supportable.

Good quality, tasty breakfast, sauna is amazing, location is nice, a lot of good restaurants near, shops, massages. 3 min to the beach

Sauna and pool till 9 pm, it could be nice if it is prolonged it till 10-11 pm to enjoy evening spa

Before much better.
Pros:

Aamiainen hyvä. Chek in hyvä. Suuri osa työntekijöistä kohteliaita. Siivous hyvä alun pikku ongelman jälkeen.
Tämä oli kolmas kerta tässä hotellissa, ja jo nyt toiminnan taso on laskenut.

Cons:

When we got the room, there were opened bottles of drinks from the previous occupant in the fridge. We reported this to the bell boy when he came to open the safe which of course should have been ready to use. The cleaner came to take away the drinks from the previous occupant. On the first and a few other mornings there was a very nervous male employee at breakfast who shouted into the walkie-talkie and publicly criticized the kitchen employee in front of the guests. Really inappropriate! Other employees are better.

Was perfect maar duur!
Pros:

Het ontbijt is perfect beter heb je niet in jomtien
personeel vriendelijk en gastvrij
Kamers zijn schoon worden dagelijks verschoond

Cons:

De prijs van de kamer is erg hoog per dag!
Het is een tophotel zeker sinds de renovatie maar prijzig ik heb nu een condohotelkamer voor 4 weken heel veel luxe minder maar veel goedkoper dan daar!

ห้องพักไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง ได้ยินแขกห้องอื่นปิดประตูเสียงดังมากอยู่บ่อยๆ ทำให้สะดุ้งตื่นในเวลากลางคืนบ่อยๆ ประตูห้องน่าจะติดอุปกรณ์​ช่วยดึงปิดประตูเอง

Просторный светлый номер, отличные разнообразные завтраки, бассейн с детской зоной и в нем нет много народа. Вкусная кухня у бассейна, отличная сауна. Номера чистенькие. Было очень комфортно, рядом магазины, кафе, пляж в трех минутах ходьбы
