Additional extra bed & child policies:
• One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot (subject to availability)
• Children under 12 years staying in an existing bed with parent , but incur a breakfast charge of THB 200 per person per night when breakfast is included in the rate.
• Children of any age or adults will be charged THB 1,000 per person per night when using an extra bed. This rate is already inclusive of breakfast.
A breakfast surcharge of THB 200 per child, per day applies for children aged 5–11 years.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

I am surprised this hotel does not have a higher rating. I am staying in a sea view room. The room is excellent, very clean and modern. The hotel is very well run, the staff is extremely helpful. The price was excellent. The gym is large and well equipped
The guests are largely Chinese families with children having lots of fun by the pool and a little noise but that is a mild inconvenience. .

Brilliant hotel and newly renovated. Amazing staff, rooms, outstanding breakfast and clean modern facilities. Location could not be better. Will be returning.
החדרים מרווחים, חדישים ונקיים. התאורה בחדרים נהדרת. המיקום נוח וקרוב לחוף, למסעדות, למכוני עיסוי. הצוות חביב ואדיב. חדר כושר נחמד מאוד.
המקלחון בחדרים סגור רק בחלקו, כך שבאמצע המקלחת זורמים מים החוצה. אין מספיק מתלים למגבות. המגבות ישנות ושחוקות, כדאי להחליף/לרענן את מלאי מגבות הרחצה וגם את מגבות הבריכה. חדר האוכל בארוחת הבוקר מלוכלך. לא מנקים מספיק בזמן הארוחה. כלי האוכל גם ישנים ושחוקים, יש לרענן עם סטים חדשים. הספלים לקפה - רובם שבורים או סדוקים.
איכות ארוחת הבוקר טעונה שיפור, אין בכלל גבינות. הנקניקיות והנקניקים לא איכותיים. צריך לתת דגש על אסתטיות ההגשה של האוכל במזנון.
בצ'ק אין, מדגישים שיש קנסות על כל נזק בחדר, אפילו על כוס שבטעות יכולה ליפול ולהישבר, או אפילו על כרטיס הכניסה לחדר אם הלך לאיבוד. בחדר עצמו זה אפילו מודגש יותר, יש רשימה מפורטת של כל נזק אפשרי והסכום של הקנס. זה יוצר הרגשה לא נעימה וגורם ללחץ בזמן השהייה. דבר כזה גורם לי לא לרצות לחזור למלון ולא להמליץ עליו למשפחה/חברים.
