Pros:

The staff is so kind and accommodating, the location is amazing and the hotel is beautiful with so many amenities! I love this place and I travelna lot. It was recommended to me by a friend and now I recommend it too.

Comfortable beds otherwise unappealing stay.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable which was needed after a 14 hour travel day.

Cons:

The staff could be kinder and thoughtful. During check in I had a tickle on my throat and the lady that was checking me in did not acknowledge if I was ok or if I needed a water, baring in mind I was standing next to a refillable water machine but there were no glasses to skimpy help myself. Instead I had to ask in between my coughs if I could have a glass, to which instead of giving me one she stated for me to walk to the bar to ask for one, so already within my first impressions the welcome was not great.

The same happened during checkout, different lady at reception but this time it felt so unfriendly. Considering this is the end of the stay there were now questions regarding if I had a comfortable stay no follow up questions on how I found my time with them. It was purely transaction, she wanted the money from me and that was all no goodbye I was merely a means of transaction rather than feeling like a valued guest.

The location is far from the metro also, nearly a 30 minute walk to connect me to the metro to the city. I instead used uber.
