Pros:

Loved where the hotel was...not on the craziest part of downtown (a little secluded and quit) but walking distance to everything i wanted. Beautiful building, and cute outdoor sitting area. Loved getting a spacious room at a great deal.

Cons:

The room at mildew smell upon arrival,and rugs in my room were dirty and had spots all over; which was weird cause everything else was so nice. I went down an hour before breakfast ended and there were no eggs left and weren't gonna fill because the worker was taking stuff back to kitchen, and there was another 40min left. Pretty bummed because I love my breakfast.

Cons:

The staff was smoking outside the building, my shower was broken so I couldn’t take a decent shower, bed had some type of crumbs under one of the sheets. When telling the staff in the morning they did nothing. Only said back “we know about the shower” … I wasn’t offered any discount or an apology 😕

Would be great without non-requested accessible bathroom
Pros:

Room size, location, staff.

Cons:

Gave us an accessible room that we did not request nor need. These rooms have no alternate fixtures that make it pleasant for those not using the accessible features. No soap dish, no towel bars, only grab bars, etc.

Perfect location for UWL graduation weekend.
Pros:

Location to downtown LaCrosse was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms seemed a little dated. We were needing to use the hide-a-bed, but the mattress was very thin and we could feel the springs. Decided to fold it back and just sleep on the couch. Also, would have been nice to have bodywash for the shower. With a few guests, it wasn't ideal to all share 1 bar of soap.
