Cons:

I booked your hotel because you had a hot tub/whirlpool, but no one informed me at all that it was broken or closed for maintenance. It would be nice if an email was sent out notifying guests. I was very disappointed.

A very nice place to stay if you want to get off the main drag. Which is very close by.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location. About a block from the river. The rooms(suite) were very spacious and comfortable. A very nice place to relax.

Cons:

Not much. The breakfast was fine but could have been a little hotter.

Breakfast was good. Shower was nice. It was clean.

Cons:

The couch was uncomfortable. We picked this hotel because it had a hot tub. Unfortunately we couldn't use as there was a large group of college kids in the pool and hot tub. On a Sunday evening. So probably not the norm.

Clean and comfortable in general.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean and the common areas were also in good condition and clean.

Cons:

The toilet in my room had to have been ordered special for a toddler. It was very small in shape and low to the floor. It was uncomfortable and almost unusable due to the size. For reference I am 6'2" and 210 lbs. A standard size toilet is significantly larger.
