Overall fantastic
Cons:

It was soooooo cold in our room. The ac would not turn off! Even under the blankets it was freezing. My mother was in another room and said the same thing

Screaming guests in pool
Pros:

The connecting rooms and suites were nice

Cons:

There was a big party of 10+ little girls screaming and yelling the entire time we were down in the pool area. They were extremely rude and loud but given it was a birthday party we just decided to not swim and go back up to the room.

I loved the layout of the room, and the staff was fantastic.
Pros:

Everyone was super friendly from the person who checked me in to the housekeeping staff. I also had the pool area to myself, and I loved that. :)

Cons:

The pool had some weird scummy stuff floating on it, so I had to grab a skimmer and clean it up myself before going in. Also, the hot tub had a bit of a funky smell, and the water was really sudsy when the jets came on. A central towel station, or more/ larger towels, would have been nice, too.

Nice overnight stay for the whole family
Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and courteous.

Cons:

There could be more than one waffle maker at the breakfast area to decrease the wait time for making breakfast.

The showing only produced scalding hot water so we were unable to shower. When we reported to manager they gave us a discount for our inconvenience
