Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Everything was great. Breakfast was good and hot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and stocked.

I frequently book rooms at this hotel. Yesterday was the first time I have ever been disappointed.

Cons:

When we arrived at 3:30 pm we had to wait 30 mins for a clean room. Check in time is at 3pm as it states. Also this morning everyone in the hotel was awakened at 6am or 7am due to a loud siren. It continued for so long I had to leave early. The sound was very piercing to the ears. I had no choice but to gather my family and leave.

Pros:

The staff was amazing. The only reason I have a 7 was due to the lack of cleaness on the pull out bed. It was full of crumbs, stains, and just gross. Also, what looked like to be a blood stain on the sheets and big red stain on the shower curtain. BUT the staff was super accommodating, it was quiet, pool was great, and my family had a blast overall.

Cons:

The room could have been a lot cleaner.

Cons:

This place is still decent to stay at but staff isn’t as friendly as in the past, room cleanliness isnt as good and its just not as good. Decent breakfast and nice pool facilities.

Fulfilled our needs but did not exceed expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast food offerings varied and decent. Waffle maker needed non-stick spray.

Front desk staff welcoming and cheerful.

Cons:

Room lighting. Switches hard to find on lamps. Overhead lighting seemed dim.
Hairdryer was missing. Bathtub to showerhead spray was stuck.

Breakfast room way too crowded.
