Pretty nice stay for the money

The room was clean

Cons:

Breakfast was 7-10 and we got down there a little before 8. The food was cold and not the best. We decided to go to McDonalds for breakfast the next day.

Nowt all Springhill Suites equivalent, all area good choice
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, convenient. Suite layout of the room will forever on be my choice. Stayed at one other Springhill suites just 3 weeks ago, and the experience there prompted my choice of this booking .

Cons:

The downtown Durham NC Springhill Suites perhaps is a newer SH S, but the layout was much superior, even with all the same, fridge/sink are, couch, desk, bed, etc the Solon location has a wall separating couch/desk for the bed area, where the open layout in Durham was more pleasant, just the right amount of separation. In Solon a tub shower shared the bathroom with the toilet, sink outside, while Durham had a long complete bath suite, with walk-in shower then sink then toilet, so much better. Perhaps the whole Solon room was less deep, same width. Still will continue to choose SH S when readonable.

Over all okay stay. Could have been better, but was good enough.
Pros:

Room was quiet, food was pretty good. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Kids at pool were extremely loud very nice but yelling jumping in pool splashing toodlers, no pool towels readily available, hair and paper floating in pool, website stated heated pool it was extremely cold, pulled out our trundle in our room at bedtime there where pretzels all over it, not enough towels for 4 people, no replacement trash bags in trash cans, no conditioner in the shower, and only one side of toaster worked at breakfast during busy Holiday weekend.

Excellent - Quiet and clean, friendly staff
Pros:

The rooms were quiet , all areas accessed were very clean. Been in a lot of hotels over the years with kids traveling for sports, this ranks as a top one . Breakfast was excellent .

Cons:

No complaints. I was initially concerned about location but many other hotels nearby, felt safe.

nice room, bad plumbing
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious i liked the set up

Cons:

the drains were clogged and water pressure in the shower was too low and the water started running cold very early. very uncomfortable showers.

I would recommend my friends to stay but not at the first floor which was noisy
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

For 3 guests we had to ask for linens for the 3rd one, but upon request was delivered right away. There was no hairdryer. Breakfast area was kind of small.
