Older, nostalgic property roughly 100 years old. Clean, although no frills In amenities.

Las camas. Ya que fueron remodelando el hotel, deberian tambien cambiar las camas, nos toco una vieja que hacia mucho ruido y tenia el colchon vencido del uso. Dejo dolor de espalda

Location and staff

Cons:

Our first room had an uncomfortable bed and no internet. The second was much better but needed lighting over the sink since it’s hard to put on makeup in the dark

Pros:

The location was great, and the staff very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The shower wasn't clean, and the same goes for all the towels. In addition there was nowhere to fill water bottles with cold water. I didn't expect any fancy facilities for the cost I paid, but I believe that the minimum should be a clean room and towels.

Perfect
Pros:

Location is perfect. The best part of my stay was the staff. All staff members, especially Matthew, are amazing and polite. Their professionalism and ability to work with clients like myself make me want to stay at this location during my next trip. Truly, a 5-star staff.

Pros:

El servicio de limpieza, todos los días cuando regresábamos a la habitación, nos recibía una recámara limpia y muy bien arreglada. La joven Melissa, quien atendió nuestra habitación, es muy atenta y amable.

Pros:

Very dated hotel & room, had rain water hitting AC unit that sounded like a child’s metal drum being hit next to your ear all night very disturbing when trying to get to sleep after a long day. No tea or coffee facilities, however the location is excellent & housekeeping was superb very clean room bedding changed daily & clean towels replenished everyday, wouldn’t stay again as the hotel room took shine off a great 5 days exploring NYC
