Pros:

The room was clean, bed was great, sheets were crisp and fresh. The room location to everything was perfect. Reception was friendly and I loved the fact that when ever we came in there was a person there, it just felt safe.

Cons:

Would of loved a small fridge to keep some drinks cold.

Great place!!!
Pros:

Amazing service, clean, great location, comfy, great check in and check out, always someone available, and super cute!!!!! Not too loud, great value for money, and tons to do nearby. The lobby is super cozy and the room was perfect! Would definitely return !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location
Pros:

It’s what you expect for the price - the location is amazing, The hotel - staff helpful and welcoming, not much going on in the hotel but plenty just outside the door. The lifts were a little bit scary ! The room and bathroom were clean. Very basic hotel but you are in New York so you’re not going to be in your room very much - bed was comfortable and shower was mostly hot. We had a sofa in our room that wasn’t needed but had no draws or any storage- the wardrobe was blocked by the bed so that wasn’t useable and the safe was in there so again not able to be used. I would suggest get rid of the sofa and add some storage. Other than that room was ok not too noisy and warm. But great location
