Was convenient location
No make up vanity had to stand at bathroom sink - no where to place curling iron/makeup barely space to brush teeth..
No offering of products, forgotten shampoo, no hair dryer. Could have had fridg turned on so it was cold. Not even a plastic fork or napkin. NIGHTTIME EMPLOYEE ON NIGHT WATCH 7-16 (A gal who looks like a gothic Halloween character) doesn’t act business like, looks blank when asked a question.
Re: Uber or cab? Called her 11:30 and barely audible voice and said must be a phone problem and hung up. Yeah -
I don’t think so. No one looked into fixing the problem!
Glad it wasn’t an emergency? Not at all a good representation for front desk. Jonathan on the other hand was an exceptional
Brought me a blanket in case I might be cold. Now he’s a keeper.
Location was good. In and Out is across the street and stores are nearby.
It was a last minute overnighter for us. The room was decent for a one night stay. Our bed was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of clean towels. Though, I wouldn’t do more unless I had to. The room has an iron, hair dryer, ironing board, and a working t.v., clock, and two usb outlets. The staff were very nice and responsive. There is no ice machine at the facility but when we were checking out, the gentleman cleaning the grounds offered to share his own bagged ice from the staff lounge. Breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and oatmeal, tea and coffee on the small counter at the entrance (Bless their sweet little hearts). Though the furniture and appliances were quite worn, everything was clean except the floors (we kept shoes/socks on until we went to bed). When you omit all the taxes and fees, we still got what we paid for. We got a decent nights’s sleep and good overall customer satisfaction at a fair cost.
I liked the price
Didn't have any breakfast, was not clean and no up grades no shampoo or
conditioner no utensils and so on.
Location
The items inside the room were old. The shower room was too old so it didn’t look clean, decided to skip taking shower.
Breakfast did not have hot water for tea or oatmeal. Better pastries please. Coffee excellent
The staff was very nice
I stayed on the first floor in room 113 and the people above us were making a lot of noise. Also every time they flushed the toilet or took a shower, It made a lot of noise, I could hear the water running.
Location
There’s a bug in my room a spider . The fridge is okay . The floors need a dusting . The over all experience is okay .
I have stayed before, quite and rooms are spacious
Convenient and close to State Street, and various shopping needs.
Not crowded
Holes in walls
Kitchen
Bed didn't sit flat on floor
Location
Bathroom toilet was clogged and the microwave didn't work
Honestly, nothing really stood out in a positive way during our stay.
We arrived in the early morning and the first staff member completely ignored us and walked away, leaving us waiting until someone else finally helped. The service was awful.
There was no soap, no conditioner, and the bed smelled bad, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
The breakfast was also a disaster — a piece of bread and bad coffee is not a real breakfast. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing.
