Good location for a short or long stay on a trip to the Lowveld area

Good Location, Spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful view and good breakfast

Cons:

It was great except for water issue.
Pros:

I like the facilities, reception area is so beautiful, the rooms so beautiful and the breakfast was perfect. The surroundings are very clean and beautiful.

Cons:

The carpets are very stinking. i think they should be changed. Also, there was no water, no one informed us that there will be no water. we couldn't even brush our teeth. At least they should inform the guest immediately and make a plan for them to bath not to tell them that there is nothing you can do they must checkout because the housekeeper needs to clean. what were they going to use to clean the rooms?

Cons:

Room not cleaned as one bad was not done nd dirty towels with no bath gel replacement. But they did cleaning the following day nd I was happy 😁😊. Hope they will fix the refrigerate issue fast coz other than that, that place is perfect with great stuff, my kids enjoyed nd looking forward 2visit again🩷
