Comfortable bed, clean but basic room, poor restaurant with buffet. There's nothing wrong with this hotel as a place to stay to break up a journey but it is really quite average. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The design of the hotel

Food and staff were absolutely amazing at all times. The porters helped us with bags with no expectation of a tip - although we did tip. That was nice really that they prioritized customer satisfaction over gratification. The property really looks like the pictures so it was good.
The pool area clearly says no cooler boxes allowed for some reason two couples came with cooler boxes and one of the staff members who were doing rounds at the pool didn't say anything to them. I'm not sure if she didn't say anything or the people were on their way out and decided to stop at the pool. Wasn't a good look really but otherwise all was ok.
The location,the room very clean and comfortable the food excellent(breakfast and dinner).

The property was fine… my concern is when booking online the is breakfast inclusive which according to the area it doesn’t include the dinner, please amend where we beed to add dinner

I liked the views.
It wasn’t as clean. The wall unit was broken which can be a hazard. The buffet didn’t have only had two meat selection, which was chicken and pork. I don’t eat pork.
The condition of the rooms is terrible. Room 74 had mold issues, and the carpets were dirty and covered in stains. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told there were no vacancies because the hotel was fully booked.
The most shocking part was being told that management is already aware of the complaints regarding this room, yet nothing has been done to fix it. It is a shame that cleaners and other staff members are left to face dissatisfied guests while those responsible for making improvements continue to enjoy the privileges of management without addressing serious accommodation issues.
The environment was child friendly, my daughter had an amazing time. The buffet on the 1st night was great, enjoyed it. The dishes we ordered were great Loved the Thai Vegetarian curry and the mozambican peri -peri chicken, the plates were clean after the meal.
Was just dissapointed not to get buffet on the last night was so looking forward to it
