No food in open buffet and we payd for no meat no veg we complain but still no response.
Next day breackfast food it's not good to no any cheese no fresh tomato no bread options. It was wery bad experience. Never again

Every thing is good
I asked for a single double bed but it wasn't given to me. Secondly the lights in the room were not working.

The location and service were fantastic. Breakfast was also very good with great variety.
The hotel rooma are a little dated (circa early 2000) but everything was clean and well maintained.
The rooms look newly built, the food was good, but we have some limited varieties of veggies.
The pool and the view of the pool and garden were good. The staff were friendly. The room's interior was nicely done. It's not a very big property where you can take a long walk or run in the morning, but otherwise everything was good.
Breakfast and buffet dinner were excellent... Rooms were comfortable, clean and beautiful

Great location - near to a variety of shops, restaurants, petrol stations and about a 20 minute drive to the Phabeni Gate of the Kruger National Park. The property itself is well maintained and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. We arrived at the property after a long drive and the restaurant was almost closing but the staff were kind enough to take our order and stay open a little while longer which we really appreciated.
Breakfast was good with a nice variety of both hot and cold offerings.
The room allocated to us was very spacious and comfortable with the bathroom being the same, having both a shower and a tub. We also appreciated the bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The house-keeping staff did a great job of ensuring the room was clean and neat at all times.
Would be great if the property invested in larger bottles of toiletries as the ones present were tiny and needed to be replenished frequently which is not so sustainable with regard to the amount of plastic waste generated.

I was in room 29, I never slept well because of noise, my neighbours were making a terrible noise,it was so unbearable but I complained about in the morning at the reception,they seem disturbed about it,but now I know what to do next time ,if I experience such
Comfortable bed, clean but basic room, poor restaurant with buffet. There's nothing wrong with this hotel as a place to stay to break up a journey but it is really quite average. Staff were friendly and helpful.
