Qualité du dîner, surprenante et service à table très efficace et souriante. petit déjeuner très agréable avec une omelette au conté exceptionnelle, servie par une jeune femme souriante

Cons:

Hôtel très bruyant, conçu en papier mâché. Par conséquent, les boules Quies sont nécessaires!! fournies par l'hôtel!!

Would return and great value for money
Pros:

Great Breakfast in a nice enviroment with plenty of choice
Room was very comfortable & clean. There was alot of noise from the late night party goers to contend with but I was aware of this before booking however the wind howls through the patio door and whistles all night long
Location is superb and you can nip over the road from the boot room, down the steps and onto the piste from the car park opposite. This option is just 2 mins away as appose to a 10 minute walk to the main lifts.
Staff are lovely and helpful.

Cons:

Boot room is poor. Heaters don't work and despite 2 complaints to reception, nothing was done (or maybe it was and they are just not any good) and boots remained wet each morning.
Pool area is very questionable. Its practical but NOT a spa and frankly quite an intimidating space. The cold plunge pool isnt very nice. Its very 1970's
The sauna is tiny and there isnt a steam room.
Its dark and dank and overall not very pleasant however it is there and if you just want a practical space its fine. Its a shames as I think it could be alot better and would make a huge difference. I would recommend investing in the space to make a huge improvement.

Work ski trip with 12 people, all worked beautifully
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and as expected, spa was very impressive and well used by our group. Staff very accommodating of requests including heloing us by sending back a jacket we left there. Breakfast was superb, I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Le bruit de la rue toute les nuits , sortie de boîtes de nuit, même au 6 eme étage. Murs en papier, on entend les voisins
