Very joyful hotel
Pros:

The young man at the reception was very friendly and helpfull.
The room was more than value for money.
Beautiful views.
Very tasteful breakfast

Cons:

A shame that there was not much to do during this season .
Therefore we could drive up the alp d’Huez in a quit tempo and made a lot of pictures.

Pros:

Tout vraiment, le personnel très sympathique et très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner de qualité et extrêmement complet. Les équipements de qualités je recommande vivement.

Cons:

La fermeture du restaurant mais l’établissement n’est pas responsable de ce désagrément mais plutôt booking qui ne précise pas la fermeture du restaurant à la réservation c’est plutôt désagréable de le découvrir à votre arrivée !!!!!.

Gutes und in der Nebensaison günstiges Hotel
Pros:

Großes Zimmer mit schönem Balkon.
Sehr zuvorkommend Personal.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und gut.

Cons:

Auf einem Montag Anfang September waren sämtliche Restaurants geschlossen. Etwas aktuellere Infos wären wünschenswert gewesen.

Great to find this place opened as the rest of the village was closed. Very friendly staff and really amazing breakfast 👍🏻

Excellent spot au coeur de l'Alpe d'Huez
Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel est prévenant et adorable.
Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles, avec vue sur les Alpes pour notre part.
Buffet petit-déjeuner copieux et varié avec une orientation healthy.

Cons:

Le sol de la baignoire-douche de la salle de bain est glissant, avec un rebord qui peut paraitre haut.
Place limitée pour les bagages.
Vis-à-vis avec les autres terrasses des chambres adjacentes.

- Repas buffet pour le soir
- Petit déjeuner complet et bon
- Taille de la chambre
- Bouteille d'eau et café dans la chambre
- Équipement et propreté de la salle de bain

Cons:

- Le balcon était pleins de toiles d'araignées (donc pas nettoyé), on a pas pu en profiter
- Les rebord des fenêtres extérieures étaient pleins de poussières
- On voit que l'hôtel a été refait récemment, mais les finitions sont catastrophiques
- l'isolation sonore dans la chambre laisse un peu à désirer
- WC très petit et serré

Pros:

Erg flinke kamer met een fijn balkon (we zaten op de zevende verdieping). Ook het hebben van een bad en een kleine koelkast in de kamer waren erg fijn. Het personeel is vriendelijk en spreekt prima Engels. Het zwembad is wat lastig te vinden, maar heel erg leuk aangekleed. Voor de prijs die we betaald hebben, hebben we het gevoel dat we prima waar voor ons geld hebben gekrgen.

Cons:

We hebben hier net na het seizoen overnacht. Hierdoor was het restaurant in het hotel niet meer geopend en merkte je dat het ontbijt weinig ververst werd, waardoor sommige dingen wat oud smaakten. Ook was er geen gratis parkeergelegenheid. De receptie heeft relatief kleine openingsuren.
