La situation de l'hotel. Possibilité d'aller à pied au Biodome et parking gratuit sur place.
L'état de la chambre qui n'a pas été refaite depuis au moins les années 80 et probablement pas nettoyée a fond non plus!! Le chauffage/climatisation qui date de la même époque et qui n'a pas arrêté de se lancer toute la nuit (clim puis chauffage, puis clim puis chauffage...)alors quil faisait 20°C dehors. Impossible de l'éteindre ou d'ouvrir une fenêtre. Ne prenez pas la chambre 601... Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit!
Pour nous, l’emplacement était idéal, près des installations olympiques, biodôme, jardin botanique, insectarium, etc. L’environnement est calme et sécuritaire

Staff were very friendly. Area around the hotel is a bit run down. Not much within walking distance for nightlife or restaurants.
The outdoor pool is nothing like what the pictures show. It wasn’t open when we were there but the pool deck looks extremely old and needs to be redone.

It was in a good location near the metro and near a supermarket which was very useful for getting food to take into the Grand Prix
The towels were not very big
I liked the hotel's location, which was far from downtown but within walking distance of the grocery store and public transportation.
The hotel is advertised as a four-stars, but it's more like a two-stars.

Room was too old, need updates, carpet was ripped at entry of bathroom.
sofas were very old, cabinets in bathroom were water damaged and wrinkled. SHower faucet in Jacuzzi was not workign and was not fixed despite informing reception.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. We were offered daily maid service at no extra chage and we took advantage of this. On-site restaurant was delicious and convenient. Free parking! Close proximity to subway station
