Le confort, la chambre était très grande et spacieuse, le spa dans la salle de bain
L’emplacement est un peu loin
El espacio
Location was a little out of the way but was close to metro station so easy to get around. There was two pools (inside and outside) which my daughter enjoyed. The parking was free and there was spaces available outside and in the underground garage. Everything was very clean.
It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but there was one available in a common area so worked out okay.
Le restaurant et le parking gratuit
Chambre plutot vétuste avec la peinture qui s'éffrite, porte donnant sur la piscine isolée par du ruban adhésif, pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour appeler la réception pour cause de voisin parlant fort et très bruyant dans les couloirs à 1h du matin. Le rapport qualité/prix est catastrophique en comparaison des autres hôtels réservés au Québec durant mon séjour. Ce fut le prix le plus élevé de tous pour la qualité la plus basse !
J’ai choisi l’hôtel pour son emplacement et les deux piscines (intérieure et extérieure). Resto sur place, excellent d’ailleurs. Stationnement compris. Personnel hyper courtois. Lieux propres. Bref, je vais y retourner assurément. Je le recommande.

Ce nest pas mon premier séjour a cet hôtel.. en fait cest MON choix pour tout séjour a montreal,. On y est bien accueilli et cest toujours impeccable.
I liked that it was directly across from the soccer stadium ( reason for the trip from California)

La proximité des installations olympiques, jardin botanique, insectarium, Biodôme, planétarium. Belle salle de bain.

La piscine extérieure était fermée une partie de notre séjour, la réception ne disposait pas de change pour un billet de 20$ pour me permettre de laisser un pourboire aux femmes de chambres, ( cela m’a été mentionné après m’avoir indiqué le guichet ATM duquel je venais de retirer avec des charges…) Les chambres ont une allure un peu vieillotte, les oreillers sont minces.
Lo mejor que tienen es a la Srta Mirine que su atención fue excepcional. Llegamos y la habitación no nos gustó y el olor de las alfombras del pasillo y habitación era de humedad. Pusimos la queja con intención de cancelar nuestra estadía allí programada para tres noches y ella gentilmente y de manera inmediata nos ofreció otra habitación que estaba remodelada y muy limpia y nos quedamos . Deben hacer un cambio de almohadas son extremadamente altas y están llenas de pelotitas, incómodo. También en eso nos ayudó la Srta Mirine e hicieron un buen cambio. El restaurante en líneas generales es bueno.
Definitivamente lo mejor que tiene el hotel es el excelente servicio que nos brindó esta Srta Mirine Gracias!!!
