Housekeeping reminder
Cons:

Requesting housekeeping by 2pm for next day service. Check in staff did not mention this us which came as a surprise when we returned to our room laye next day.

Pas à la hauteur du nombre d'étoiles annoncé
Pros:

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé et la literie est de qualité.

Cons:

L'ancienneté de la décoration de l'hôtel qui ressemble à celui du film Shining et on s'attend à voir les jumelles à chaque angle du couloir...
L'insonorisation avec le couloir est très mauvaise. Nous avons été réveillé par l'équipe de ménage.
Les joints de la douche étaient noircis.

Parking gratuit, frigo, literie confortable, grand meuble pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain, distributeur d'eau très fraîche dans l'entrée, personnel agréable, 1 chambre avec du parquet, emplacement très bien par rapport au métro (15min à pied). Lavabo bouche, problème résolu dans la journée. Restaurant accolé bon et généreux 👍🏻

Cons:

1 lit qui grincé, piscines pas très propres, isolation phonique aucune, propreté générale moyenne, ménages/serviettes changées qui est fait seulement à la demande malgré que l'on soit resté 6 nuits, sinon rien 👎🏻

Breakfast was great and reasonably priced!

Cons:

I didn’t like you’d to arrange room service 24 hours in advance - it’s much more convenient if you’re able to turn the sign on the door so housekeeping is aware you require the room to be cleaned.

Um pouco desapontado, mas valeu a experiência! Nao pretendo voltar ao local.
Pros:

Localização e a Cama muito boa.

Cons:

O banheiro muito sujo, com mofo nas paredes de dentro, o blindex do banheiro nas juntas estão pretos de sujeira. À piscina poderia ser mais quente e a sauna colocar um aromatizante pois está com cheiro de coisa velha.

Pros:

It was fairly clean and had enough parking space. The restaurant was also good! The front end staff was kind and professional.

Cons:

There was a vacuum noise around 12 am and also there was too much noise at night we couldn’t sleep. The phone in the room didn’t work. We asked for some water but we were told the hotel doesn’t provide that!

Très bel hôtel.
Pros:

La chambre était propre et confortable. Il y a une station de métro à quelques rues et il est parfaitement situé pour visiter le jardin botanique et le Biodôme.
