Pros:

We were able to bring our dog which is always a plus, and they don't charge extra, staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable.

Cons:

Just a suggestion but include milk with the creamer at the coffee station for those having tea.

Looks are not always what they seem
Pros:

Large room , friendly staff

Cons:

When pulled in hotel looked old and run down thought oh no but inside had been upgraded. Although i requested lower floor staff would not move us to lower floor had to carry all our stuff up staires as well as the dogs, we are seniors not fun.Showers and glass doors could be cleaner Carpets needed to be vacuumed.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Friendly staff. Good location. Clean and comfortable room.

Cons:

No kettle or any other basic utensils in the bedroom.
Tea/coffee making facilities in reception, but they were kept away early so you couldn’t have a hot drink in the evening!!
Possibly putting room numbers on their adjacent parking space, especially around the back of the property.
