Pros:

Toiletries were very bad, we did not bring any shampoo and body wash only bad smelling soap was available as body wash.

The stayed was good and will go back to the place

Was ok but could have been better.
Pros:

The room was a nice size,the shower had adequate hot water. The location was decent distance to trails and the falls

Cons:

I found some dirt that was left under the bathroom sink area,and when we had our towels and sheets changed we noticed some hair that was in the towels and wash cloths that we had to pull out of the threads to use.

We also found on the sheet what looked like dried blood so we took the sheet off the bed and slept on the one mattress cover that could also be used as a sheet.

Would have been nice to have a microwave and coffee maker in room instead of having to go to the third floor where you get ice to use a microwave that all guests use.

Convenient location, friendly staff, fair pricing. Poor amenities but they seem to care.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was incredibly close to the entrance of Niagara Falls State Park

Cons:

The room was very small, but served it purpose, as we didn’t travel to spend our time in the room anyhow. There was not a microwave nor a coffee maker in our room either.

Not going back again and not going to use booking.com again

I literally had to wait for 3 hrs to check in
Because the booking I made from you seems like you did cut the money from my card but the property didnot see it.

So I have to make another reservation making new payment.

Now I paid twice for a room that doesn’t even have proper ventilation and stuff..

Ahh..! It’s a nightmare

Cons:

The attention of the staff was terrible, he said that the hotel offered breakfast and only offered coffee and bagel. I have stayed in other hotels that offer breakfast and it is totally different, and good service, this hotel does not offer any of that. They only ask you for the cleaning tip without even checking out. I don’t recommend it, I wouldn’t go back with them.

Worst Parking out of any place I've ever stayed at.
The room was not clean when I checked in with my fiance.
Cost was pretty high for lack of parking, and services, but location makes up for it I guess.
Side doors should be accessible. Recommend to implement locks that lead outside that can be accessed by room keys.
