Location was good, nice to have the sauna, steam room and pool to use. Bed nice and comfy
Bathroom described as luxurious which is not strictly true still using shower curtains !! Drinks on the pricey side.
Excellent, tidy and clean. Very comfortable.
Everything was really nice and the smell was Lovley
The windows in the room weren’t the cleanest so it was hard to admire the view that we had pad for
The whole place was beautiful and the staff were great. The view from our bedroom window was amazing
A lot of the breakfast food was dried up and hard. We were down around 0915. They should make sure they replenish the food when it looks like that. I had the cottage pie and vegetables. It cost £21 the pie was in a tiny bowl with a lot more potato than meat the amount of meat would have fitted onto a dessert spoon. I got a small amount of kale just slapped on the plate. A bowl of vegetables would have been much better. All in all I would never eat there again
Loved the comfy bed and the pool and sauna
Was a bit disappointed that there are no longer robes or fridges in the room’s since been done up ..
Bedroom view was immense looking out onto the Seven Bridges of Newcastle.
Everything meet my expectation for a business bolt hole.
Lovely hotel. Plenty of space. Large, comfortable room. Lifts all worked efficiently and were always available. Impressive lobby and bar/restaurant area. Food was good. Staff were very friendly, helpful and carried out thru rokes expertly.
Location was great.
The windows were filthy on the outside. My room faced the Sage.
Location
Expecting a spa . Pool disappointed with as do small and full of people doing swimming lessons. No treatment s available now. Was not clear when booking and very expensive
I love The ambience and the food. It was aesthetically pleasing. The rooms were spacious absolutely stunning. Staff members were great especially Libby; a receptionist who treated us well on the ocassion of my hubbys birthday
