The staff were super helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.
Room was very warm with limited ability to cool it down.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff. We didn't want to leave!
Great customer service. Friendly welcoming staff.
Good location - but right now a nightmare to get to due to Diversions/roadworks!!
We liked everything.
Location and the staff are great.
Kids running around in the lobby
We liked the location and the view from hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. Facilities was great too, pool, sauna etc.
The room temperature was too hot, couldn’t seem to get it below 23*. Felt very warm in the night and did affect our sleep a little.
Pool was a bit overcrowded and could probably be managed better with time slots.
Parking was I bit expensive at £30 for a two night stay.
The location, the food and the hotel has been refurbished since i was there last year, very nice!
good
all ok
Amazing views, clean, modern and stylish accommodation. Super friendly staff
Location, staff and breakfast top quality
Noisey and poor to set air con.
As we expected, Hilton always is safe choice.
Location and view of the room
Recognition of a celebration and a room upgrade and drinks vouchers.
Wellness centre on site.
Comfortable bed.
Pigs in blankets on the menu in April
Shower and bath needed updating
The assumption of a hetronormative relationship in pre-trip communications.
The interpretation of any drink on the drinks voucher actually just meaning a glass of house wine.
The house wine tasted awful.
The lack of rule enforcement in the wellness centre meaning there were children in the hot tub, sauna and steam room.
The awkward atmosphere and lack luster service in the restaurant.
Hotel was immaculate and views amazing
Nothing
This place was amazing very friendly staff always happy to help very polite, the room it's self was very clean and tidy the beds where very comfortable and clean would definitely stay here again we are missing the place already and looking to book up again very soon 😊
There was not a thing we didn't like as everything was perfect 👌
Good facilities, clean, spacious, close to Quayside, on site secure parking. Room clean, comfy & modern. Easy to access via car.
Shower had very little water pressure, buffet breakfast disappointing, food was lukewarm and cooked choice limited.
