Lovely room, great location, good facilities and bonus points for the nice receptionist
Hotel and staff were amazing. Room was perfect, gorgeous deco, comfy bed, shower was amazing and view from balcony was stunning.
Gute Lage, Parkplatz, Lademöglichkeit. Saubere Zimmer.
Excellent location
Great places to eat & drink mins away from the hotel by the railway arches
Nothing - maybe shower could be better
Location
Breakfast was bang average,
Excellent selection but fried breakfast was very poor, solid scrambled egg, rock hard black pudding
Great location, good bar and dining area
The pool and health club changing rooms were grubby and needed a good clean and refurb.
Clean nice rooms was my second stay and will be back
The view and comfy beds, modern room
We thought breakfast was included in our stay but it wasn’t
There is no mini-fridge in the room.
Poor serivce amd charged me for 3 nights when i stated only 1 had to leave due to an emergecy staff were unhelpfull amd rude
Nothing
The hotel lobby and facilities are all decorated beautifully. There were lots of friendly, hardworking staff.
1: I ordered room service at 20:50, I fancied a glass of red with a cheeseboard, and the girls wanted deserts, we called them at 21:30 to ask how long this would be, and were told it wouldn’t be long. We called again at 22:00 to ask how long it would be, and we were told the chef was preparing it. At 22:10 the order arrived, minus the glass of red wine. The concierge stated he would go and get the wine and card machine. He came back at 22:20 with only the card machine, and a receipt for £50. I told him this was wrong, and that I hadn’t had the wine, and I didn’t want it at this time( good job) so please could he take the charge off and just add the rest to my room. We tried to go to sleep, and concierge were incessantly knocking on the door at 22.45, I answered, and he just wanted me to pay my bill. This is not the service I expect at a 4 star hotel. I suspect you are understaffed for a hotel of that size.
2: My girls forget their toothbrushes and concierge couldn’t supply any- We were told to walk to Tescos ( fair enough, but usually this is something a hotel can provide for convenience)
3: One of the guys in the gym was very rude and abrupt.
4: The bar was understaffed. I felt very sorry for the girl on her own, as she had orders piling up, and looked flustered. I waited 20 minutes for a Paloma Spritz.
5: I couldn’t charge anything to my room- I’ve never experienced this before.
