Lovely aesthetics, not so great for an actual good night’s sleep!
Pros:

The room was gorgeous and location wasn’t bad. Staff were all lovely. Not bad for a short stay, but probably wouldn’t stay again

Cons:

The bed wasn’t too comfy and the room was ridiculously warm with no way to cool down AC only went down by .5 the whole night, and no openable window. Also no internet to connect to? very odd for a brand as big as Hilton!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The room was lovely and spacious with a fantastic view. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were so helpful and friendly. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

A good stopover.
Pros:

Splendid view on to the River Tyne.

Cons:

The walk up the hill from the Glasshouse is very tiring for an 87 year old like me. an entry to the lift would be welcome.
