room was good, Belfast average and view was also good. I got the last river view room .
I wanted to get some drinking water after the room service hours. even though on all other days the other staff members were exceptional and catered to any accommodation the very first night( I think it was someone called raj) refused to help when all I wanted was average drinking jug of water - said there is nothing that he can do. when I said I dont mind paying can you send me a bottle of water he said since I havent given my card details that cannot be done. also that when I asked all I wanted was just a jug of average drinking water since I am thirsty he said you can drink out of the tap and the tap water is good to drink. I was disappointed at this. however for the rest of the few days(I stayed two days after as well continuously as I stayed for the amoyshe conference) all the rest of the staff was exceptional. even the reception staff was excellent. one other night when I called after room service staff to the reception and said is there any possibility that you can send me some biscuits as I am very hungry and need something to much he went over and above and Brough me some fruit to eat (banana, apple)a yougurt and I was what a difference compared to the service I got on the very first day by raj who truly was not at all accommodating. but all other rest of the staff was beyond exceptional. you can really see such a difference with the exceptional staff as well as the other facilities offered by this Hilton compared to other hiltons in the uk.it was actually exceptional.
room was comfortable and the view was cool

Food was okay - breakfast and dinner.
Location is ideal - very central and the view from the hotel is great.
