A special stay , with wonderful meals in the restaurant.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful . The views from our room were wonderful , and the room itself was spacious and lovely.

Cons:

The shower was over the bath with a curtain , but still had very good power.

Perfect.
Pros:

Room was perfect- quiet, and consideration had been given to every detail. Super comfy bed and a proper coffee machine. Really good shower! We had a corner room with a sea view which we hadn’t expected, but was gorgeous. We ate in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner and the food was exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

We enjoyed Sandbanks. The hotel was ok. We visit to lunch at Rick Steins.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The room adequate. The location super . Pleasant staff. EV charger

Cons:

No comfortable seating. In main areas. What used to be the Chinese restaurant, or adjacent space needs to be a lounge. No available cushions for the outside areas. TV dodgy but sorted by a man with his young son. Menu for dinner was super limited. We had room picnic. It just felt very 3 star and on previous occasion it was a comfortable 4 star. EV charger very slow and still motorway price.

Disgusted to be double charged,
Pros:

Hotel double charged me and neither the Hotel who took payment nor Booking.Com have yet to reimburse me

Cons:

Don't Trust this hotel. THey caremore about money than customer service. Should have stayed at the Holiday Inn.

Nice relaxing weekend away
Pros:

Perfect location

Cons:

Lovely hotel, but our room really could do with being redecorated, as it was very tired looking. The air conditioning was noisy, so took a while to get to sleep.
