Good menu choices in morning and evening. Room was nice with Balcony and view.
A small number of areas could do with a spruce up
Enough
Stop
View was excellent; tidy room; good evening food; staff friendly; we would go back
Breakfast not early enough for ferry departure
The view is amazing, they had a DJ on in the early evening, as well as a BBQ, which was an added bonus we weren't expecting. The staff were very friendly.
The rooms were very spacious but they are very tired. The décor needs re-doing, along with new furniture and fixings. The bathroom are also very old. The shower is over the bath with a shower curtain, we only stayed for one night so we didn't use the shower.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Location is great with amazing views. Room was very spacious and clean and the breakfast was great.
Lovely property, very clean, room was spacious. Enjoyed our stay.
Nice location wth fantastic view of harbour from room and dining room
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from dining on the terrace and that was disappointing.
Beautiful view of the harbor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Very disappointed, beds uncomfortable, misty windows, low grade furniture, rude restaurant staff.
The views and the size of the room
Excellent view from terrace & very friendly staff. Great breakfast too
The location was great and the views were fantastic, sunset DJs were a great idea on Friday and Saturday.
Other than 3 members of staff the rest were rude especially the breakfast waiters, very unfriendly and not good with children. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was not cleared once or bathroom cleaned just made the bed. Really not acceptable
Good location, nice views. Staff are friendly but not enough of them!
Rooms desperately need renovating and not worth what they charge. Terrible decor, stained wallpaper, old furniture with an old smell, large chips out of the woodwork. I refused to stay in room 200 and got moved to 212 which was much better albeit the air con was useless.
More bar staff on Friday and Saturday nights
Amazing views, very comfortable room, everything a little dated in the room otherwise, lovely dinner
Excellent location with amazing view and superb staff.
The room felt tired and in need of refurbishment. The furniture was dated and damaged, there was a musty smell, and the bed was too soft for us. There was also noise from people drinking on the terrace until late. At £319 for the night, we were certainly paying for the view. Without that, it would have felt hard to justify the cost, especially as the off-season would seem the ideal time to make some upgrades.
