We really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff were all super lovely, there was heaps of options for breakfast, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean.

Cons:

Our room was a bit loud at night with the fireworks and music.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly, the grounds were beautiful with squirrel feeding in the mornings that my kids loved and the traditional Balinese night was the highlight of our whole bali trip watching the dancers and eating the food was absolutely amazing!

Very pleasant location with excellent service.
Pros:

Pool facilities were excellent. Breakfast was great. Proximity to the beach and to the Legian town was very good.

Cons:

The fitness centre was small.. Also it was open only from 8am to 6pm, and a bigger and better centre would ideally be open longer hours than that.

Pros:

The property was really nice very clean beautiful gardens. Breakfast was amazing and also the food at all the restaurants and room service were yummy aswell.

Cons:

We didn’t like our room as our outdoor area was a brick wall we couldn’t tell you if it was day or night very odd. So we needed up getting up graded which our next room was much better so that was good.. pool areas were nice but not enough lounges to cater for how many guests they have at the hotel.
