Brilliant location with something for everyone.
Pros:

Right on the beach and close to everything. The two pool areas were both beautiful and it was great to have an adults only pool. The gardens were beautiful and made it feel as though you were in a jungle rather than a city location. The squirrel feeding was fun and the food was excellent.

It was all excellent.

Pros:

Location, villas, adult pool, service, spotless, amazing breakfast, very comfy beds!!

This place has it all as well as quite possibly the biggest and best buffet breakfast around. The villas are beautiful and so clean and the beds are so comfy, a perfect place to end the day after a busy day in Bali. Location is so central, walking distance to all the shopping, beach across the road and the beautiful places to eat. Great gym, family pool, adults pool with swim up bar and the staff are simply lovely. Worth every cent. Will be back x

We were lucky to get upgraded to a garden bungalow which was fantastic but a bit expensive for us to book - so prices a bit high

Good central location to food and shops.

Cons:

We were put in a room right next to the new construction. It was dusty, noisy, dark, wet and smelt mouldy. Woke up the first morning to the floor covered in water and their solution was to send someone with a mop and that was it. Room service don't change the bed sheets they just remake the bed to straighten the room up. Because of all the dust we were itchy for days and hadn't been able to get any sleep because the construction was going past 9pm and it felt like it was happening in our room. When we asked to be moved to a more comfortable room it took them three days for them to agree to help us and they bounced us around different rooms before we landed in the final room. Was a terrible experience for my young kids and I who were travelling as a trio. We were staying with this hotel for 9 nights and didn't feel welcome at any point in the whole trip. Really disappointing for a first family holiday overseas.
