Housekeeping and Restaurant staff were lovely and did an amazing job.
Breakfast Buffet was very good.

Cons:

We had transfers booked through the hotel and they forgot to pick us ip from the airport, they also didn’t have our return transfers booked in.
I had this booked in and confirmed in writing.
We had two rooms booked and neither of the rooms we were placed in, were the type of rooms that we had paid for.
One was appalling with no window or balcony, completely different to what we had booked.

The room was excellent, bigger than it looked in the photos. King size bed was comfy. Facilities were great, restaurant for breakfast was excellent. Close to amenities and on site medical clinic with 24 hour on call Dr was super convenient.

Cons:

The medical facilities were not advertised or mentioned anywhere that I saw prior to needing them. I only found out from a security guard when I asked about the pharmacy and medical clinic at the Padma.

Mostly very enjoyable.
Pros:

Most of the staff are very friendly and obliging. The breakfast and pools are good. The staff at the Wellness Centre were very helpful.

Cons:

When we arrived we were in a room with a double bed and this was not what we booked. On Bookings.com I booked for a twin. We complained and were told the room type is not guaranteed - but I had received booking confirmation for a twin room. We had to wait to get changed the next day and it was a drama. Also, the light in the wardrobe wouldn't turn off and this made the room so bright for sleeping. I felt the tone of the solution was harsher than I expected. Last time we stayed we were given a flyer that said after a certain number of stays there would be a discount. I didn't see that this time.

Pros:

Central and walking distance to Garlic Lane and all the restaura nts. Resort also had an amazing restaurants and bars. Staff were amazing, constantly making sure everything was running smoothly. Fantastic pool areas and not to mention our pool bartender who made sure our drinks were always filled. Beautiful people beautiful place.

There was nothing not to like.
