What a beautiful hotel.

We stayed in the garden bungalow. It's was beautiful. The bed was very comfy. The entire grounds of the hotel was amazing. Pools were stunning. And breakfast was the best breakfast. So many options

Fantastic hotel that caters for disabled guests
Pros:

Excellent hotel, catered perfectly for a family member who required a disability room and the pool had a ramp access. He was able to navigate the hotel on his scooter without issue. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast amazing.

Disappointed not to get the room we booked.

The family pool was great with plenty of day beds.

Cons:

We did not get the room we booked - Legian Deluxe Room with balcony and garden views???? We had no balcony just a smokers verandah (we do not smoke). After speaking to others around the pool who booked with bookings.com they too experienced sub rooms. While we were offered an alternate room because we complained! It was not convenience as it was on a different floor and away from our friends.
