I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and overall it was a great experience. The facilities were good and everything was comfortable, but what truly makes this place stand out is the people who work there.
The staff go above and beyond to help in any situation, no matter how big or small. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist make a huge difference. They create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that it genuinely feels like a home away from home.
A very special thank you to Ali and Salih, who made the stay even more memorable with their exceptional service and friendliness. Their dedication and positive attitude really reflect the spirit of this hotel.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking not just for a place to stay, but for a truly welcoming experience.

Все было прекрасно! Месторасположение идеальное для пешеходных прогулок, 10 мин до метро , 20 мин до Босфора вокруг куча магазином и кафе. Цена и качество идеальное .

•The location is close to the city center and the main attractions of the city.
•The reception staff was available 24/7 and was really helpful answering our questions.
•Breakfast was decent and 3 h time is enough not to eat rushed.
•The conditions of the of hotel were rather 3 *, not really 4*. The bathroom was smelling bad sometimes, from the ventilation.The wood floor was swollen in some parts oh the room.
•From what I could tell, the heating was through the floor, but it only worked in 2/7 nights, and the rest we had to use air conditioning and it was kind of cold the first hour upon staying im the room.in those evenings.
•The cleaning staff was kind of rude at times. In the first day, one of them entered our room without knocking or asking. Other times we asked them to come later after we left for the day for cleaning the room, but they told us it would not be possible (though they did cleam the room later).
The beds were actually 2 separate put together to form a queen size, but we could feel the "rift". I would have expected for dpuble couple room to have different beds than singles im a 4*.
