Clean, comfortable and friendly
Pros:

A lovely relaxing stay in a clean comfortable hotel. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. We loved getting the regular water bus to central Venice and the islands and it was magical coming back across the water at night.
The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main Lido stop. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away with some nice beach bars although you can only swim in certain areas due to a private beach.
I would definitely stay here again

Зручне розташування, не погані сніданки на вибір )

Cons:

В перший день приїзду не було теплої води по незрозумілим причинам , але всі інші дні вода була завжди)
