Location was good and clean besides the remolding

Twice I booked a room months apart and both times hot tub was not in service and one time pool not on service

Good cheap place to go & also safe to stay
Pros:

I loved the room size and the pricing of the rooms . The pool was open and staff was friendly.

Cons:

A couple of the towels were filthy and construction was happening but as long as it’s being upgraded . The hinge on the door , the screws were loose .

Cons:

Sofa bed needs a mattress replacement!!
Children need to be controlled: NO running in hallways.
It would be helpful if staff (housekeeping) spoke more English, at least enough to communicate needs.

It was ok, should of been a cheaper price, all considered.
Pros:

Breakfast could have been better. More options for hot entrees. Eggs definitely could of been better.

Whole property was outdated.

Won't book again. Too expensive for downtown to not be walkable
Cons:

Bath tub in the middle of the room was a negative. Pool was unavailable the whole time. TV didn't have access toguide, nor list of channels. Breakfast could see improvement.

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT BUT STOPS TOO EARLY. BED WAS COMFY. GREAT FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE.

Cons:

POOL WAS WAY TO COLD... IT COULD BE A BIT WARMER, COULD NOT ENJOY AND THAT WAS ONE OF THE REASONS WE BOOKED THERE.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff made our stay memorable.
Pros:

Front desk lady who checked me in helped me with a reservation error made on my part. She was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Add a nice fruit cocktail to your breakfast bar.

It was a nice stay for the weekend.
Pros:

Nice area. Had suites so we could all be in one room. Pool and hot tub nice feature.
Staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Told we had a bottom floor room but then gave away before we arrived. Hotel had elevator so it was ok but did not like that it was not kept for us since we prepaid.
Refurbishing the floor we were put on.
