Distrust!
Cons:

We checked in in the afternoon, then left the hotel. After one hour, we came back. Neither of the cards we received opened the door. At the front desk, they reprogrammed the cards; again, they didn't work, and suddenly, a guy went out of my room with a bag and a pair of boots. I said to him, “This is my room”, and he answered, “Yes, I think it is,” and went very fast to the front desk and entered the office behind him, using a keyboard. As I followed him, I asked the person at the front desk about the situation; I realised I couldn't open the door before because the guy was inside with the door locked. What was he doing there, with my four pieces of luggage inside, and almost running away when I found him? The attendant was very nervous, went to the office, where the guy entered, came back still very nervous and said "sorry, it was a system error" repeatedly. Offered to change the room; we accepted and changed. It was late, and we had to leave.

When we returned at the end of the day, I asked again about the situation; the same attendant recognised that the guy was part of the team and indicated that it was a system error. I asked to talk with the manager. She came and said, “a system error”, and that the guy was another guest, which was in opposition to what the attendant told me. I asked what he was doing inside, with the door locked and my luggage there; again, the answer was a “system error”, repeatedly. Indeed, the guy was part of the team, as he entered the office using a keyboard.

I cannot trust a hotel where someone from the staff is locked inside my room, and their staff lies to me when I ask for a reasonable explanation.

We were there for two nights and had a wonderful time.
Pros:

Comfort suites Lake Geneva East is right on Highway 50 and just a few minutes from downtown Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

Cons:

There was nothing about the property that I found to be undesirable and all the people we met from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a very comfortable affordable stay, great location !! Nice pool and hot tub good space rooms!
Pros:

Breakfast was simple some hot items as well as juice and cereal ,some breads ,yogurt fruit ,waffles

Cons:

Well just in the bathroom was no towels or wash cloths, but we did get them from front desk. The room next us the guests were very loud until about 11:00 pm then finally stopped!

The breakfast was really good 👍 7.5 for me and the wife and the pool was nice and quiet (clean)

Don’t have enough supplies.
Pros:

Close to lake Geneva and plenty of parking. Included breakfast and swimming pool.

Cons:

They don’t have enough towels. They knew that there are 4 guest staying in the room, still they loaded 2 only and have to ask for additional 2 towels at the reception on first day. I asked for new towels on the day we checked out and the guy at reception told me that they are out of towels and we have to check out without taking shower. This is the service we got after paying $933 for 2 days.

Terrible and very dissatisfying and disappointing that we did not get a refund!!!

Absolutely NOTHING

Cons:

The smell of must, the beds were lumpy and the pillows looked like little cotton balls. There was a dog in the room next to us and was left alone crying and whimpering for hours. We asked to be moved or refunded but since it was booked with a third party it was not possible. We LEFT and did not stay the night (lost over $600)
