Pros:

Room was clean. Wifi was good

Cons:

Traveling with children and pool unavailable. Not informed prior to arrival. Pool available at other crown locations. Wait time for check in and out was huge

It’s all above and I can defiantly say I don’t stay again which is sad because I had such high hopes.
Pros:

Location was the only good thing.

Cons:

-Staff weren’t friendly
- room had mould plus the carpet had food steins and also food on the floor,
- bed had hair
- room next door knocked on our door three times after 2am plus they where loud.
- valet guy was rude when I checked in
- our complement drink wasn’t in the room then they said we don’t have one and said you’re lying.
- shower had pink mould on the floor and the shower didn’t even work properly.
-sheets smelt like cigarette smoke

It was a terrible stay.. I don’t complain on here at all and I am for this. Not worth the money. I’m formally asking cor money back or some kind of reimbursement.

A great view and relaxing night away.
Pros:

The view from my room was wonderful. I could sit and look out over the city and the Yarra River.

Cons:

The bed wasn't as comfortable as the ones at the Metropol.
The in-room dining is limited, and there aren't any other dining options in the hotel. (I was alone and didn't feel like going out for a meal.)

A luxurious and enjoyable stay that will ultimately result in you returning over and over again.
Pros:

Spacious, clean, luxurious and comfortable rooms.
The staff were so helpful and kind and room service was divine.

Pros:

-hotel room was nice
-good view
-comfy beds

Cons:

-late check in was inconvenient/poor value for money
-we weren't advised the pool would be closed when we booked
-the person who checked us in made payment very difficult. Can only pay with a card with the name of person booking (we had planned to use my husbands card to pay).
-our plan was to order room service with our kids and watch a movie. We weren't able to even access the menu until >5pm then not a good selection of choices especially for children
-we were disappointed that to watch any movie is an additional charge of $20
Honestly, it did not meet our expectations and we wont be staying again.
