Very relaxing stay .
Pros:

Room was on level 22 , view was excellent . Layout was efficient and bed extremely comfy . Staff were courteous and helpful. Overall, very enjoyable .

Quiet and very convenient to the conference I was attending at Crown Promenade.
Pros:

Quick check in, bag storage went well, new carpet in rooms, great quality linen and very well cleaned room.

Cons:

Keys didn't work lift or open rooms when first issued ... so headed back to reception. Quickly sorted.
Confusion within cafe over price of breakfast ... Bookings.com had one price and cafe had another

i have been a Crown customer for over 25 years and haven't been this disappointed in along time.
Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned on both mornings after leaving my room from 10am till 3pm and leaving the "make my room up" sign on. Don't like that can only get room service from 5pm-10pm. Rooms used to have a clock radio with a usb charging port near the beds. i rang Valet to bring my car around at 10am and they said i had to bring my ticket down at the desk to do that. This made me 30 mins late for an important meeting.
