Pros:

location only.

Cons:

rooms are dated and overpriced for what you get.
I left at 8am on Wednesday and returned at 6.30pm and my room had not been serviced.
TV is old and dated.
Bed was hard and uncomfortable.
My Carpet in the room had lumps in it to the point that it is a tripping hazard.
I will not stay here again or recommend to anyone unless the Promenade attempt to make contact.

over priced for the facilities
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

We thought we were booking the crown Metropol so were disappointed with the pool compared to the Metropol, also The kids couldn't go for a swim after 8 and no one there.
Rooms were not practical, no power points next to the beds, only across the room. this is very basic expectation, also only annoying light configurations, too bright if one person wanted light and the other no, also the bathroom was crazy bright and no other option if wanted light on. just small things like that, were not worth $300 a night. The toilet also would keep running after flushed, until someone got up and went back and kept pressing until stopped. Like a cheap motel.
