Brian Henke is so professional, courteous and efficient!
As you all know, exceptional accessibility to the slopes. Great service, dining facilities and ancillary services. As you know - please update the plumbing and restrooms in the rooms. Looooong overdue!!!
You need upgrade the MEP systems when you can. I know you’ve been building up the funds to do it correctly, so appreciate that.
Hernan took great care of us, swapping our room at checkin, and making us feel very welcome. Mammoth Mountain Inn is our first choice to stay where we can just wake up and start skiing!
Dirty and tired. Rooms OK but Yodler hall carpet was filthy and I was bitten by bedbugs. Food service overburdened and disorganized. There is a restaurant space that isn't being used for some reason and it was hard to get anything to eat. You are miles from town so the Inn is the only food available. I struggled to get silverware to eat with at bar where staff was so frantic to serve the crowd that I hesitated to ask for anything. Room at main Inn building was better than Yodler but still looked like it hadn't been redone since 1970. No one ever responded to my complaint about bedbugs. Staff were nice people doing their best under difficult circumstances.
The ski check valet, Weston, provided unsurpassed service. By the second day I didn't even have to tell my room number to retrieve my skis. He provided friendly updates on mountain conditions.
The hotel, Mammoth mountain inn, could use some updating. We were assigned The West Wing and it was convenient because the pool and hot tubs are in this building. However, the lampshades in the room were stained and broken, there's no light in the closet, there was obvious damage to the wall.
The complex itself is spread out. It was a 6-minute walk to the main building. Also, the ski valet will not take your poles. Don't forget them in your room. It's a long Trek back. On the morning that I forgot my poles, Weston offered to let me use some poles that he had in the storage room. This was very kind, but I did prefer my own poles. My roommate used the ski Butler rental service and again the service was excellent with the valet taking the skis and knowing exactly what to do for the pickup.
The buses stopped running at 5:00 p.m., but from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. The hotel provides a shuttle service, so you can have dinner in the village if you choose. Of course, if you have your own car, this will not be an issue for you.
Lift number 11, the beginner chair, is only about 200 to 300 ft from the lobby of the hotel, and the gondola is only another 50 ft farther. The hotel provided paper mountain maps so you could plan your day.
Choose this hotel if you are looking for excellent service. Everyone working here was very friendly and accommodating.
Andi at the front desk was great at check in processing and overall great customer service, will be booking again.
And I provided exceptional service. Very accommodating and friendly! Room is very clean too.
The personal were very attentive and helpful. Weston, at the ski valet, was great After a few days he seemed to know which skis were ours. The rooms need to be updated, but someone said they are currently in the process of doing that, which I feel would up their rating. Great location by the mountain . I think the lounge should be open later, having a place to relax with friends after dinner. Hopefully that will come with the room Renovations!
Hernan and Caroline accommodated us last minute and it was the most wonderful service ever. Not only them but, Mammoth mountain inn has been the best first experience. .
Staff was very helpful....Weston was great. Brenda, Jim, orientation host was wonderful and informative. Stephanie Hwang was great as well as Big Pocono Ski Clubs Mountain Hosts...John, Dave, Harry and 2 women
Stayed her for a week with a ski group. Check in was seamless and the bags were delivered to our room quickly. I stayed in the East Wing and my room was dated. The beds were comfortable though. Coyotes hang outside rooms on the East Wing as people feed them-which is a shame. Location is at bottom of the Main Lodge so ski in and out is convenient!
Was planning our third trip to stay here as we absolutely love everything about the Inn. Primarily its ski in ski out location in one of the best ski areas in the world. ( We have been skiing for 40 years all over Europe, USA and Canada)
Unfortunately we had to change our plans and ended up messing up the cancellation. However the reception staff were fantastic and unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to sort things out and saved the day. Its only when things go wrong do you appreciate the quality of service.
Thank you Guys

Ben is what made us enjoy this place 100x more! He was such a great receptionist. We stayed in the main building and it was super nice being so close to the slopes. I would come back again because of how great Ben was in helping us with our stay.
It's as close as it gets to the lifts — they're literally right outside! Our experience was great, we were helped by Hernan, who was super helpful and patient and took time to explain where everything was. He also shared tips on how to get around the mountain and village, and fun spots to hang out around town after the lifts stop spinning. You'll be in good hands if he's the one helping you at the front desk.
Be aware! The lodge is pretty isolated at the top of the mountain and the buses stop running pretty early. The shuttle driver, John, is great too, but services stop at 9 PM.
The inn is so beautiful, although the rooms themselves are a little less grand. I'd say you definitely pay for the location over the quality of the rooms, as is the case with most ski lodges.
We had a family trip at Mammoth Mountain Inn, our 2nd year. The hotel is rustic and comfy. I appreciated the check in experience with Brian who was very accommodating checking in our large family group.
Had a great experience with Mammoth Mountain Inn in February 2025!
10/10 🤩
I absolutely loved my recent experience staying at Mammoth Inn! From the amazing location to the spacious rooms and cozy lodge vibes, this is my new favorite place to visit when coming up to snowboard for the season!
Be sure to enjoy the jacuzzi on site that has the best view of the mountain after a long day on the slopes!
I also want to give a big shout out to Shauna, Ben, & Brenda who all went above and beyond to make my stay so enjoyable! From giving me suggestions on where to eat and things to see in town, to helping me when I accidentally locked myself out of my room, the dedicated staff here is top tier!!
Hand down the best place to stay when visiting Mammoth Mountain!!

At check in Hernan was absolutely fantastic. He was accommodating, professional and had a customer first work ethic. Great asset to mammoth mountain inn!!
Ski in/ski out! Love the location at Main Lodge. Restaurant on premise is good especially when you don’t want to head into town. Supper easy and a little convenient store if you forgot something. Tony is amazing! We arrived around 7:30 pm twice and he was there to take our skis and boots and store them so we didn’t need to lug them to our room. Helped unpack a very full car and get everything to our room. He was a lifesaver! Can’t imagine us doing it on our own in one trip! All the staff extremely nice and helpful.
位置特别适合上山滑雪,餐食也很满意。外面寒冷,屋内超级温暖好睡。
