El personal de frond desk, amable.

Cons:

Un extraño trató de abrir la puerta, al parecer contaba con llave. Insistía que era su habitación. Y miraba hacia.el interior de mi habitación. Lo enfrenté. Estaba la mujer de limpieza hablando fuerte, como para distraerme, pero no ayudó a aclarar la situación. El quería entrar de todas formas y empujaba la puerta. Doy gracias a Dios por el doble seguro, que le impidió accesar a mi habitación. Le dije que esa era mi habitación. Luego miró hacia el lado y se fue. Mi vida estuvo en peligro.

Could be better
Pros:

In 5 weeks I only received 2 room service cleans. Elevator didn’t work the whole time I was there, the back doors card reader malfunctioned so you had to pin it open with the mat or go through the front door. The hot water tap didn’t work in my room and the exhaust fan in the ensuite was noisy and rattled. Some maintenance is required asap. Also being charged an early check in fee after being late due to flight delays and losing a nights accommodation as well as an early check out fee I think is a bit average.

It took the staff 2 1/2 hours to get me a set of towels into spoons which was ridiculous time

It was dirty and it smelled like sweat. The sheets were not clean.
The receptionist charged me twice even after I told her that I had already paid with booking and she was very rude and disrespectful telling me that I didn’t pay even after I show her the booking confirmation.
